Purtroppo non così vicino all'aeroporto..ho dovuto prendere taxi. Resto perfetto molto gentili. Non avevo la valigia perché persa mi hanno dato il necessario per il bagno

Il personale è estremamente cordiale. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ok dato che c'è un bus navetta. L'unica cosa di cui sono deluso è che la camera d'albergo in sé non dispone di forti riscaldatori per tenermi al caldo dal freddo. Ma tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare in questo hotel quando il tempo non sarà troppo freddo?

Nice accommodations in the appartement building, I arrived late so the next day I was allowed free parking validation, so that was a very nice gesture from the front desk. Normally I would have to pay for the parking. Much appreciated!

it's really near the airport, but we should wait for the shuttle bus, usally that's not frequent, also if you are traveling to keukenhof, then all good, but it's a bit far from the city center

The hotel was fine but for early flights leaving from the airport, the breakfast isn’t available until 7am. I made the error of booking the room along with breakfast for two which we couldn’t use. The staff presented us a breakfast box with mostly bread and water and only a serving for one instead of two. I asked the staff if the breakfast could be returned and deducted from the payment but they would not comply. The usual buffet breakfast might have been nice and worth the money but the “breakfast box” for 20euros was not.

We get an upgrade to an apartment, it was i little bit „dirty“ but okay.

I arrived after midnight and the front liner service was quick providing best solution to upgrade my room Free Airport shuttle is ontime, every 30min, its 10min away to airport. Very satisifed quick staying here. Surely will come back whenever I need a transit in Amsterdam.

The facilities is very good and the staffs are very helpful. The hotel also got bus from the airport to the hotel which is very convenient to travel.

It was nice to stay there, a bit complicated to get to town or to the main things but apart from that everything was good.

The hotel it’s ve tu flexible , has its own bus ride from the airport, check in is automatic and has a little shop downstairs with lots of affordable foods and drinks , right next to the hotel there laundry service and the hotel has its own cinema and several restaurants . I strongly recommend it.

Overall is good.
