Hotel has perfect position, in the center of the town and couple meters from Toscana Therme bad. But still the room was quiet and nice, sufficiently big with balcony with view to the park. After previous communication there were prepared beautiful flowers and snack in our room. Special thanks to the staff who makes really high level of services there. The waiter Petr brought us delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious there (deer and beef steak). Radka and Pavlína cared about us at the great breakfast, which was rich with many kinds of fresh fruits and bakery products. We really enjoyed staying there and we totally plan come back to this wonderful place. Thank you!

Wonderful rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good local wine list and food! Location is walkable to town. Cozy atmosphere. Rooms are clean and give you enough space. Nice beer garden for dinner or just a drink. Good price performance relation.

Loved it! The hotel is located in the centre but off the main street as such it is relatively quiet. Very clean rooms. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very tasty, all products sourced as much locally as possible. The buffet breakfast was great, beautiful presentation and a lot of choice. All members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I ever visit Bad Schandau again

A beautiful hotel with a lovely garden. We had a beer in the garden in the afternoon and an excellent dinner in the garden in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is just down the street from the start of the Kirnitzschtal Tramway up and into the National Park.

A short walk/ferry from the train station, this hotel was easy to find. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and by the spectacular breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful. Fewer people speak English here (as oppossed to Dresden), but we did fine. .

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage, eine tolle Ausstattung und super freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Restaurant "Tilia" im Hotel besticht durch köstliche, iddeenreiche Speisen und Getränke und einen herrvoragenden, kompetenten Service. Das Gesamptaket ich mit das allerbeste in oberen Elbtal!

Wir durften 5 Tage in diesem privat geführten Familienhotel verbringen. Anlass war eine Familienfeier mit knapp 50 Personen. Im Vorfeld, nach präzisen E-Mail und telefonischen Kontakt "brach das Eis" nach einer gemeinsamen Weinprobe mit einem bezaubernden Paar der Geschäftsführung. Unsere Vorschläge zum Menü und weiter zum Ablauf des Abends wurden perfekt umgesetzt und durch fundierte Erfahrungen ergänzt. Das Personal, ob in der Küche, im täglichen Service oder und der Zimmerservice ist außerordentlich effektiv, freundlich und professionell. Einen letzten Satz zur Küche : Das war alles extrem lecker, das Beef, der Rotbarsch und das vegetarische Gericht wie mir von allen Gästen begeistert berichtet wurde.

We hadden een kamer in het nieuwe gedeelte met ramen die uitkwamen achteraan en aqn een drukke straat, met veel lawaai. Jammer want grote kamer met alle voorzieningen. Gratis parking aan de iets verder gelegen welness. Personeel op terras en in restaurant zeer vriendelijk, maar aan de receptie onpersoonlijk. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en mooi terras voor apero of diner.

Direkt im Zentrum, nur 2 min zur Elbpromenade zu gehen. Trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Hoher Service. Parkplätze über Nacht an der Therme, vergünstigt an der Reception. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Buchung am besten telefonisch, so Einzelzimmer schon ab 60 EUR inkl. Frühstück.
