住了兩天雙卧室套房，房間和服務都不錯，打卡了米其林三星的餐廳memory，很棒！温泉也很大很舒服！唯一不滿是室內恆温游泳池被告知不能游泳，讓孩子去户外池，但是户外池又非常小，水温又冷，根本遊不開，泳池管理人員説的原話是這個泳池用來泡着放鬆的，可是這是標準泳池啊，衹能在水裡泡着不能動？要放鬆的話為什麼不去泡旁邊的温泉呢，寫着泳池卻不允許游泳、不能理解！酒店如果覺得室內泳池不適合游泳，那麼可以把室外泳池修大一點，這樣問題就解決了，畢竟除了温泉，還是有客人希望可以好好遊個泳！

Posto fantastico con camere di ottima qualità e ristoranti molto interessanti. Buffet della colazione ampio con personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo utilizzato una sala riunioni spaziosa e fornita di tutto il necessario. Gradita la bottiglietta d’acqua per il viaggio.

Personalmente consiglio l’hotel e la struttura, ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal ristorante Verve by Sven sia a cena che a colazione. Onestamente, non merita una stella. Carne arrivata molto cotta la sera a cena, a colazione ordino due uova in camicia e ne arriva una. Era soda. Me la faccio rifare e arriva ancora un uovo, sempre con l’interno cotto. Sconvolgente visto il posto. Ordino un espresso e non arriva, pertanto ci alziamo. Abbiamo fatto tutto presente a check out ma ci è stato detto solo “mi dispiace” senza fare nulla a riguardo. Altri tavoli intorno a noi si lamentavano, camerieri poco istruiti e che non sapevano prendere delle comande. Siamo rimasti scioccati visto lo spessore dell’hotel e della location. L’altra sera invece al ristorante italiano il servizio è stato ottimo.

Excellent resort hotel with great spa. Big hotel and sometimes you get turned around so more hotel facility direction signs would be helpful. (I saw other clients going back and forth and thus a bit lost.) Great facilities and choice of spa and outdoor activities. Ate at Memories and a bit disappointed as overly expensive and in my view not so innovative for a 3 star level (I have done many.). No plate really wowed me but of course quality was good. Sommelier excellent! Too many meat dishes (3) in the 11 course menu so would modify this portion. Breakfast at Olive was very good but more sneeze guards and protections should be put in place for the hygiene. (Saw a child playing with fruit.) I would return as hotel overall great and environment surrounding hotel very enticing.

Real 5 star experience. Highly competent and friendly staff across all functions. Excellent spa experience coupled with medical advice on site. Choice off 6 restaurants. The private spa pool for hotel guests is a dream. Wide range of guests from young couples and families to older people.

This hotel’s service is overall perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, beautiful rooms and michelin star food. I have a hard time thinking of anything negative as our stay there was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

I realised this hotel was going to be good (its reputation precedes it) but not as good as this. It was superb. There wasn’t one element that could be criticised. The food, the rooms, the facilities, the staff… everything was A class and top notch. I know its expensive place to stay, but aren’t so many hotels also expensive, and fail to deliver despite their high costs. Yes, this is expensive but when you receive a product as high end and professional as this, then you should be only too delighted to pay for it. Congratulations Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for maintaining a standard to which other hotels strive to, but often fail, to achieve. I would return here for sure, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We have stayed at the resort with our little daughter and the service was just excellent: at our arrival we got warmly welcomed by the staff and we directly felt at home. The baby amenities in the room were nicely placed and super helpful! We also enjoyed our room service on our terrace with the view over the mountains and also the breakfast choice was great. Also the thermal spa is exceptional. We didn’t want to leave, because we were so relaxed and well taken care of! We definitely recommend this hotel for families! Thank you Bad Ragaz Team!
