Very nice hotel located near the park in Bad Neustadt. We had a fantastic room and the whole place looks chique. Dinner on the terrace was very good too, in a nice ambiance. The staff was professional and well trained. Definitely worth a visit.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig im Kurviertel von Bad Neustadt. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in allen Bereichen sauber und ordentlich. Von hier aus kann man einige Unternehmungen durchführen. Zur Altstadt sind es fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten. Zur Salzburg ist es auch nicht weit und das Freizeitbad ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten die Romantiksuite, diese ist sehr groß und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad ist auch sehr groß, das WC ist getrennt. Wir hatten eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion, die war klasse. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei. Wer sich hier nichts findet, der hat selber schuld. Wir kamen immer fast zum Schluss, aber es war trotzdem immer noch ausreichend alles vorhanden. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist ein tolles Team am Start. Es gibt auch noch einen kleinen Fitnessraum mit 2 Stepper. In diesem Haus kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen und das tolle Schlossambiente genießen. Zudem wird man richtig verwöhnt.

Wir übernachteten im Schloss hotel und erhielten ein schönes Zimmer im neu renovierten Seitentrakt. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und gute Informationen zu Kurpark und Altstadt. Dem 4 Sterne Standard entsprechende Zimmer im Seitentrakt. Sehr ruhig dank guter Fenster. Leckeres Frühstück Buffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Einfach überteuert. Ein Wein für 6,50 0,1 l ist einfach zu teuer für den schlechten Service. Aushilfskellner die deutlich überfordert sind. Wer mit solchen Preisen aufwartet sollte auch den Service erbringen. Schade, schöne Location, man kann nett draußen sitzen. Nur weil man schloss im Namen trägt heisst das nicht automatisch dass man utopische Preise auffährt. Bin viel auch in der gehobenen Gastronomie unterwegs. Aber da kostet es weniger bei besserem Service.
