Wir haben uns am 9.2.2023 einen Vortrag im Lokalsaal des Vieh-Heli angesehen, welcher von einem Goiserer Verein veranstaltet wurde. Als gelernte bzw. ausübende Gastronomen waren wir entsetzt über die verbalen und großteils themenverfehlenden sowie ausschließlich negativen Entgleisungen gegenüber dem vom Verein eingeladenen Vortragenden, die seitens der Saalvermieter, also der Wirtsleute eingebracht oder vielmehr ausgebracht wurden. Wenn man als Gastronom einen Saal für eine Veranstaltung zur Verfügung stellt und der Veranstalter ca. 100 zu bewirtende und zahlungskräftige Gäste beibringt, soll man unserer Meinung, wenn man als Gastronom gegen den Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist, entweder sein M… halten oder die Veranstaltung schlichtweg nicht annehmen. Die Gier ist ein Hund – oder vielleicht besser für den Schnitzelerzeuger – ein Schwein. Die Frage an den Chef Vieh-Heli lautet: Wenn Ihr einem Veranstalter Euren Saal für eine Musikveranstaltung mit Jazz-Musik zur Verfügung stellt, Ihr die Bewirtung übrighabt, Euch die Jazz-Musik allerdings nicht zusagt, dreht Ihr dann volle Kanne Techno-Musik oder den Goiserer 4-Gesang über die Lautsprecher auf? Vielleicht sollte man Euch die Entgleisungen verzeihen, da Ihr Marktschreier aufgrund des eher übermäßigen und augenscheinlichen Alkoholkonsums während der Veranstaltung ggf. out-of-order ward? Uns seht Ihr jedenfalls in Eurer „Nobellokalität“ nicht wieder und wir hoffen, dass der Verein bald ein eigenes Vereinslokal aufgebaut hat, damit dieser seine künftigen Veranstaltungen nicht mehr in der Gosse von Au veranstalten muss. Da wir Euch bereits am Ende der Veranstaltung mit dieser Sache konfrontiert haben und Eurerseits keinerlei Einsicht geäußert wurde, ist es uns ein Anliegen, diese ehrliche Bewertung im Netz zu hinterlassen, so wie Ihr auf Euren Tischkarten darum bittet. Es darf einen echt nicht wundern, dass die Gastronomie im Salzkammergut bei derartigen Wirtsleuten den Bach hinuntergeht uns immer mehr in Verruf gerät! Wie ein Schuster bei seinen Leisten bleiben soll, sollte ein Fleischer wohl bei seinen wehrlosen Viechern bleiben. Gerhard Ramoser 8990 Bad Aussee

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

Vorrei che potessimo restare più a lungo! Sarò assolutamente indietro. Questa carina montagna è come se non fossi mai stata da nessuna parte. Da quando sono andato in giro, mi sentivo piena di energia pacifica. È stato messo incredibile dettaglio nel servizio e nell'atmosfera di lusso. La tranquilla vibe di cammino è sicuramente in punto! Eravamo in una gita in bicicletta e siamo arrivati in bicicletta. Questo hotel è stato il trattamento perfetto per avere un rapido sollievo durante la nostra avventura. Ci siamo trasferiti nelle camere di vista montagna ... WOW. Includerò foto delle nostre viste panoramiche sulla montagna! Quando torno, resterò più a leggere libri tra la calma, trovare ispirazione per scrivere, meditare, respirare nel lusso, camminare sulle tracce. Molti attributi fanno questo un lusso boutique nascosto. Ho bisogno di un po' di autocuidanza e voglio sentire che l'energia tranquilla di nuovo. Il cibo era eccellente. Sono vegani amici ... Non siamo vegani e il personale ha preparato il più delizioso goulash di carne bovina. La colazione era sopra e oltre quello che ci immaginavamo ... Hanno cucinato uova per noi fatte per ordinare, ci hanno portato piatti di verdure fresche, frutta tagliata, croissant, pane, burro gourmet, cappuccinos ... Potevo andare avanti e indietro. 這個是一個家庭青旅 屋主看起來大概60多歲 對哈爾施塔特很瞭解 checkin會跟你講很多旅遊路線 給你一堆時刻表 就是入住時會説有提前發一個self-checkin的email 實則完全沒有 他拿我手機找了半天確實沒有 但是無傷大雅 床挺舒服的 床品很套好了並且很乾凈 青旅中的一股清流 值得入住 性價比超高

Good points: The location is central, close to cafe Zauner, Lehar Villa etc. Aircon! Many Austrian hotels do not have aircon despite hot summers but this one has an individually controlled aircon that works. Bad points: The shower is hard to change from bath tap to hand held. Look carefully at the picture on the wall. The sink tap temperature is hard to control. The taps need changing. The bathrooms need upgrading. Tub shower combo hard to get out of. The towels are lousy and thin and the floor mat was like a hand towel. So one of my party slipped and fell. The hotel room curtains are not blackout. Just a thin cloth. Add a proper lining it doesn’t cost much! So bright early in the morning. Pillows are so flat they collapse into nothing. Provide a proper pillow with firmer stuffing. The front desk staff has a tendency not to look up or greets guests when they pass them in the lobby. Let alone say hello first, welcome or break a smile. Need to send them to charm school. Upon checkout the woman didn’t ask for the keys back. Later when I was getting my luggage she said “You are room …, the keys are missing.” These are the simple card keys most hotels just don’t ask back for. That is not the right way to phrase it. She should have said “Sorry I forgot to ask for the key back. Do you have it?”. I returned the one I had and the other was in the room. That was after I stayed 4 nights. So petty and rude. The breakfast has nice croissants but the eggs are badly done. The cereals are mostly too sweet. Have some low sugar options.

I cannot praise this hotel more highly. After the previous hotel I used to stay at in Bad Ischl went bankrupt I was personally recommended this hotel and have always felt comfortable whether in Summer or at Christmas. This hotel is part of the town and landscape and belongs to the holiday. The family is a joy to know, the staff and service likewise. Nothing is too much trouble and we have a laugh and a joke along the way. I count the family and staff as friends. The food is excellent. Breakfast is a treat with more food coming in all the time. The evening meals are a feast - four courses of excellent food with recommendations for wine. The rooms are rustic and very comfortable - that's what the Salzkammergut is famous for. The rooms with a veranda are excellent, as is the honeymoon suite with four-poster bed. The reception has recently been renovated but the Kaminzimmer is still a comfortable lounge. The Austrians have a word for it - „Gemütlich“. The indoor pool and spa area is open from 7am till 7pm. The steamroom grotto needs to pre-booked and the sauna opens officially at 2pm, but the owner never objected to me switching it on the morning as long as I used it responsibly (on a rainy day). Beautifully located on the edge of the town centre and next to the entrance to the Kaiserpark and Villa. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

A se stesso un hotel molto bello con un buon personale. Alla reception ci vorrà un bel tempo per l'iscrizione, ecc. Quando si fa sci, si è veloce, si è solo un fermo di autobus. Purtroppo, più di massa al buffet. La cena era ”no”. Suppola e salata deliziosa, dei piatti principali piu' cantina - questo ha purtroppo buffet in sé. La colazione è bella ricco e variabile. Per la dimensione dell'hotel, il benessere è piuttosto piccolo. 2 saune, tutto bene, ma purtroppo poco letto e non separato dai docce. Così si può rilassarsi in camera. Abbiamo avuto un falso allarme d'incendio di notte e siamo stati a letto freddo di notte alle 2:30. Temperature fuori. Purtroppo non c'era nemmeno un incontro all'hotel su richiesta. Almeno le bevande da 20€ potrebbero averci lasciato per il tempo. Certo, probabilmente l'hotel non può fare nulla per questo, ma anche noi non e questo ci ha già fatto. geärgert. Wir kommen nicht wieder. ------ In sé un bel hotel moderno con personale amichevole. Al ricevimento, l'iscrizione ecc. in qualche modo richiede molto tempo. Il tuo veloce al levante sciistico, solo un autobus ferma. Per la dimensione dell'hotel, la zona di benessere è sul lato piccolo. 2 saune, che è ok, ma purtroppo pochi lounge e non separati dalle docce. Purtroppo, era più di una massa di trattamento al buffet. La cena era ok. La zuppa e l'insalata erano deliziose, il principale corso era più come cibo cantina - purtroppo è quello che riguarda il buffet. Il colazione è ricco e vario. Avevamo un allarme di fuoco difettoso la notte e siamo stati fuori a metà di un pigiama a temperatura congelata . Purtroppo, non c'era nessun alloggio dall'hotel quando è stato chiesto. Almeno avrebbero potuto rinunciare alle bevande da 20 euro come gesto di buona volontà. Certo, probabilmente non è colpa dell'hotel, ma nemmeno noi possiamo e questo ci annoia. Non saremo tornati.

Ottima posizione proprio accanto alla piazza del mercato e al punto di attracco dei traghetti appena al piano di sotto e raggiungibile a piedi da un punto fotografico dietro l'hotel. La camera era favolosa con un grazioso balcone con vista sulle splendide viste sul lago e sulle montagne. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi viaggia a Hallstatt. L'hotel fornisce anche un servizio di trasferimento da e per il punto di consegna, quindi niente di cui preoccuparsi anche se si hanno bagagli pesanti.

BE AWARE 😲 - the house is built in 1740 up on the hills! You need to walk uphill & steps with your luggage's to get to your hotel & your room. I wish in 1740th they were more considerate to build wide road for cars 😄 We went to Hallstatt Hideaway after attending a wedding in Salzburg, so our luggage's were bigger than if we had gone on a hiking trip. The village has strict rules and doesn’t allow cars / taxis. We were dropped 0.6 miles away in a parking lot - basically where most of the tourists were advised to disembark. Under normal circumstances 0.6 miles is a piece of cake, with a few pieces of luggage's then it's a Long March! You need to walk up the hills and go up steps... :-( Luckily my husband is a Cross fitter and we made it. We reserved the Royal Suit WALD. Once we entered the room, most of our frustration dissipated - the view from the four windows is breathtaking and just take your stress away... Now we are less upset about climbing all these steps! The living/bedroom is spacious, simply furnished but very functional. The bathroom is furnished with great working shower and a Dyson hairdryer. The view from the four windows just takes your stress away... Sandra is a wonderful host and so lovely! Although there is no front desk to speak of, we texted Sandra when we had questions or needed anything. She always got back to us right away. We enjoyed staying four nights in the Hideaway and explored the village. Thankfully at the end of night the bed was very comfortable, and we had good night’s sleep. The Hideaway is truly a beautiful hotel to stay. The staffs keep the place very clean. The only recommendation we have is that the hotel offers a service to help guests with their luggage's when get to / depart from the hotel.
