Das Servicepersonal ist überaus freundlich. Die Küche exzellent und die Voraussetzungen für einen Wellnessurlaub optimal. Direkter Übergang zur Therme und beste Lag im Ort.

toller Stil, einladend, geschmackvoll Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen, sogar frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen ganz nach Wunsch. Schöne, saubere Zimmer Der Bademantelgang ist sehenswert, tolle Gestaltung !!!

sehr schöne Wellnesszeit, freundlich-zuvorkommendes Personal. super Service: kleine Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Im Restaurant gute aufmerksame Bedienung.Die Zimmer freundlich ausgestattet. Fahre bestimmt bald wieder dorthin !

Spitzen Familienhotel.Sehr gutes Essen super Service.Man spürt im gesamten Hotel die Freundlichkeit und Entspanntheit.Alles klappt wie am Schnürchen.Super gerne wieder.Sehr zu empfehlen der Saunahof und die Therme.Man kann auch Abends mal spazieren gehen sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Das Essen, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellnessbereich war wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen. Wir konnten dafür die Therme 1 unbegrenzt nutzen. An der Bar wird Abendunterhaltung angeboten. Preis/Leistung war stimmig.

Man hat ja meist hohe Ansprüche. Wenn diese aber dann auch erfüllt werden ist es umso schöner. Sehr Schön ausgestattete Zimmer, direkter Thermenzugang, eigener Wellnessbereich. Verwöhnpension lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück phantastisch, zu Mittag auch sehr gute Auswahl. Am Abend dann die Krönung, sehr schönes Ambiente mit hervorragenden Speisen. Auch unsere Kitti war sehr sympathisch. Jedes Hotel kann sich froh schätzen wenn es solche Mitarbeiter hat, da ist jeder voll motiviert das Beste zu geben.

Hotel Hozapfel ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel und das merkt man auf Schritt und Tritt. Alles einfach perfekt, der Empfang, das Hotelzimmer, Service, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, weil hier der Gast gern gesehen wird und nicht nur sein Geld. Weiter so !

Ein Tolles Hotel, einfach Klasse, waren jetzt zweites mal im Haus und muss Sagen überzeugt mich von a bis z. Der Wellnessbereich super Aufgebaut, der Zugang durchs Haus Direkt in die Therme 1 eine Geniale Sache, essen Toll, sehr nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die Zimmer im Gästehaus Genial. Wir kommen wieder dass ist ein Versprechen.

Zimmer sauber und bequem. Freundlicher Service. Spitzen Lage direkt neben der Therme1 mit hotel-eigenem Zugang. Restaurant bietet morgens, mittags und abends köstliche Speisen. Extra-Wünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt.
