Abbiamo usufruito di questo holtel solo per doemire prima di prendere il tunnel della Manica il giorno dopo. L'hotel è disceto, nulla di che con la colazione a buffet continentale. Personale tutto sommato disponibile.

En dépit des mauvais avis lus, qui m'ont fait regretter ma réservation, ce fut une belle surprise. Accueil souriant et rapide. La chambre, pour une personne, est petite, mais avec un balcon, et extrêmement propre. La literie est confortable. Un petit chocolat sur le lit en guise de bienvenue. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est complet et les produits sont frais et bons. On ne se sent pas gêné par le personnel et on peut revenir trois fois dans la matinée, ça passe crème. Aucune surveillance donc. Check-out aussi facile avec la possibilité de laisser la voiture plus longtemps dans le parking privé, si on le souhaite. Le bar - "restaurant" est à considérer comme un bar. Le cocktail était délicieux, la dunkel Weizen aussi, mais la pizza, c'est clairement du congelé et ça ne s'appelle pas "snack" pour rien. Merci, I'll be back.

Selten so schlecht angekommen und übernachtet Check In Prozess sehr mangelhaft. Hatte bereits bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich nach 20 Uhr ankomme. Keine Antwort. Am Anreisetag angerufen: "kein Problem, gehen Sie an die Bar, die hat die ganze Nacht offen". Bei Ankunft - NIX. Notruftelefonnummer angerufen - ja, da gibts Code für Schlüsseltressor. Nett zu erfahren. Im Zimmer angekommen - Eiskalt. Innen = Aussentemperatur. Es ist Januar im Schwarzwald! Notrufnummer: da kann man nix machen. Ich hab nach Decke gefragt (im Bett nur dünne Sommerbettdecke) - "tut mir leid, da ist im Hotel keiner mehr da, warten Sie mal halbe Stunde." Es ist jetzt Mitternacht und eiskalt und keiner zuständig. Krass. Kann die Bewertungen anderer Gäste (v.a. zu den Zimmern) auch nicht bestätigen. Eher alt und abgewohnt. Also, von meiner Seite definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm war auch der Balkon. Die Möbilierung war großzügig,Kleiderregal, Schreibtisch, Hocker, Sessel...viele Steckdosen und ausreichend Beleuchtung. Auch im Bad war alles Nötige vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage: in der Nähe des Solbad, des Busbahnhof, den Einkaufsläden usw . Leckeres Frühstück, nettes und kompetentes Personal: Zimmermädchen, im Speisesaal und auch an der Reception, kostenlose Parkplätze, schöne Bar mit angenehm freundlicher Bedienung, geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, keine Treppen und Schwellen ..

Nett, Sauber, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Hunde erlaubt Sehr Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Therme, in den Park oder Innenstadt. Der Parkplatz ist gefühlt weiter entfernt. Leider kein Safe auf dem Zimmer (gut hatten wir einen Hund dabei). Der Aufzug ist der grösste Kritikpunkt, die Steuerung hat Vorkriegscharakter und braucht gefühlt ewig, bis er nach dem Einstieg mal reagiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Servicekräfte im Frühstückbereich sind sehr emsig undbemüht, freigewordene Tische wieder für den nächsten Gast sauber zu machen. Auch die Reinigungskräfte für die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen auch Sonderwünsche (im Rahmen) Das das Gebäude schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat, wird einem bei einem Gang auf den Balkon bewusst, klein, die Fassade könnte eine renovierung gebrauchen und die Ausstattung ist unterer Standard. Das Bett ist dagegen gemütlich und optional stehen weitere Kissen und Decken zur Verfügung. Der Boden des Zimmers scheint ein Lenolium Teppich zu sein, immerhin sauber. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen aber auch hier ist positiv der saubere Zustand zu erwähnen.

alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden, wir kommen bestimmt wieder, einzig der alte Lift lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, wenn man im 5. Stock übernachtet, zum Teil lange Wartezeiten, bis er dann endlich kommt

Schönes, zentrales Hotel, direkt beim Kurpark und nur ca. 200 Meter vom Solemar Termalbad entfernt. Ich bewohnte ein nettes, sauberes Einzelzimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig inkl. warmen Eierspeisen. Der Gang im Eingangsbereich zum Lift riecht muffig. Ansonsten macht das Hotel einen ordentlichen Eindruck.
