The location is really great. Breakfast is satisfying with unlimited coffee of course which I really like. The staff are accommodating and pleasant to talked with. Room is so good. I will definitely recommend this one to other solo traveller. Kudos The Suites of Calle Nueva 🫶

The place is within the heart of the city. Accessible to transfortations,, shopping malls and Restaurant with spacious room for two. Staffs were very nice and helpful..Well definitely come back to stay on our future travel plan🤔😍❤️🙏🙏🙏

We booked for a 2 nights stay it included the breakfast for 2. It Wi-Fi was fast and the rooms were clean as well as the rest rooms. The bed was a 5 star hotel standard.

This place is nice but a little far or maybe I am not use to places like far from street, but I like the neighbors canteen the food was superb, and this place also offer unlimited.breakfast.

The suites was definitely a gem in the heart of bacolod, the hotel accessibility to places such as church, mall, restaurants, banks and pharmacy is strategically good, that you can just walk to get to your destination. Personnel at the front desk is accomodating and fast, also I called them 1 week prior to confirm my booking, they answer the phone right away. There's a tv which has cable, bathroom is also clean with toiletries included, lot's of towel (body & face towel provided), the aircondition also cools fast. A stay here is definitely worth coming back

全体的に良い印象ではありません　建物も古くエアコンスイッチも壊れていてエレベーターも無く年寄りには不向きなホテルです。

The place is nice and decent, the staff and people around are warm and welcoming, they assist your needs, they also accept credit cards, their telephone number is functional as well, which is pretty great since I only looked up for available hotels in Bacolod. We are in Masskara festival season, and all other hotels rejected us, since they're full, but they were able to accomodate us readily. We're room 104 and it was decent as well, there are a few insects but it doesn't bother me that much, hairdryer, toiletries are available too, there's a refrigerator and a tv. They also have a packed breakfast meal which is also good, with free coffee as well. I'd like to say thank you for the staff and the owner of this hotel. You guys are doing a very great job
