Hotel vicini a Dizon-Ramos Museum a Bacolod

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane nel GT Hotel perché la nostra città di casa era stata colpita da Odette e non c'era energia elettrica, tutto era molto buono fino alle ultime ore del nostro soggiorno dove siamo stati costretti a controllare anche se abbiamo programmato un soggiorno di durata PAID. Ci è stato consigliato che qualcuno occupasse la stanza. Quello che mi ha fatto più arrabbiare è che non mi è stato detto prima da Wella al primo ufficiale di servizio, che ci ha visto uscire dall'hotel 2 ore prima del check-out, che hanno confermato una prenotazione, anche se abbiamo già parlato una notte prima che ci si estenda e pagando per un'estensione di 2-3 ore.Mi ha chiamato a confermare il check-out e le ho detto del nostro check-out previsto come convenuto la notte prima, ma mi è stato detto che dobbiamo lasciare la stanza alle 2:00 perché qualcuno arriverà a controllare. Sembrava che non ci fossero altre camere familiari che non fossero occupate, anche se l'hotel non era stato completamente prenotato. Abbiamo amato il servizio dell'altro personale, ma questo incidente ci ha fatto un'impressione negativa enorme. L'Hotel GT è diventato la nostra casa per un soggiorno di due settimane nella provincia distrutta del tifono, così deluso come sono stati trattati.

Amo quanto la mia stanza fosse pulita, spero che le nuove mutandine non fossero abbastanza fluffy. Ho avuto un buon sonno, tuttavia, il personale era anche piacevole. Amo i K9 denominati wattatops. Vorrei anche suggerire di aggiungere un'occhiata al vostro cereale per colazione e più opzioni alimentari per il buffet.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno ...I bambini amano la piscina che ho prenotato per 2 e pagano un'ulteriore somma per i bambini. Letto pulito e pulito non c'è frigo nella stanza e non c'è mini bar, i bagni sono molto limitati.Abbiamo accesso gratuito alla piscina per i bambini, perché non chiedo letto extra. Il ristorante è stato delizioso, il personale è molto accogliente.

La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente, ma sono una persona occupata e preferisco rimanere nella stanza per la maggior parte del tempo. Non ho molto tempo nel mondo per andare fuori e cercare un posto per mangiare. Suggerisco di trovare qualcuno che vi accompagni a fornire cibo ai vostri ospiti, soprattutto durante la notte o le prime mattine, ma il personale è stato bello e accogliente, ma non mi sento sincero. Tutti sembrano piacevole ma stanco, suggerisco di includervi nella vostra formazione insegnando loro almeno a sorridere, dopo tutto, siete dalla città di sorridere. Pensavo che cercassero di essere gentili solo per fare il loro lavoro. Avrebbero potuto essere più benvenuti. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio! :)

This hotel is not 4 star hotel at all! I dont know what kind of criteria they are looking but this is not a 4 star hotel. The worst stay ever I had in the Philippines. The hotel itself does not have an exhaust! When it is very hot outside, they turned on the air con full blast! in the ground floor and then in the room, other than that it would feel like a sauna. So we stayed here & booked for 4 days, the second night I wanted a refund because the room was firstly cold when the aircon is turned on when its hot it feels like you're in the sauna. This is where I even got more sicker, as I could not sleep due to the loud sound of the airconditioned! It was very unpleasant! We've moved rooms 3 times in this few days when we stayed. The first room was horrible; it was on the 4th floor! It was depressing! The bathroom was not cleaned at all! It was like one of the rooms that were not used for the last 3 years, the shower head was full of rust even the bidet! I would not even try to use it to clean my bum! It was even dirtier than my bum! Disgusting! So I complained about this & they told us to move to another room which was more renovated on the 3rd floor! This time it was ok! So we said we stay here but then all the shower head was also not nice & they had to change it! At night when using the shower, it started to flood, so I had to call the reception & at midnight the technician had to fix it! The restaurant had gone downhill as well. There are many waiters and waitresses just standing there and sometimes they dont have a clue! The food was OK. But I questioned the cleanliness of it! There was once at the restaurant during breakfast when the other table was finished and the customers left, the waitress just took all the plates and glasses and also the paper placemat & replace it with a new one without even cleaning the table! Disgusting! I called the attention of them & told them that they need to clean it as there was still some dirty stuff from the other customers. So they were quick splashed it water and wipe it with cloth. We also went for lunch once and the food served was cold, we complained but they said it was made new & I asked the waiter who served it to try because it was cold, so they had to give a new set of fries! Afterwards we dont eat here anymore as I felt that the food being served or made is not fresh! At one point i felt very sick as i could not sleep very well due to the loudness of the aircon & requested for a refund, they moved us to a matrimonial bed! At first we can try but then the last few days I really became very ill! Anyhow, we spoke to the General Manager and he even apologised and also gave him some suggestions! But he told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic! I also want to add that the business room is nothing like a business room it was like a storage room for luggage and cables were everywhere with 1 computer inside & charging you ridiculous peso for printing or scanning; the

I decided to try this hotel again because the location was close to the port. While I found it better than my last visit it was still not on par with the best hotels in Bacolod. The good: - The hotel is clean - being attached to the SM Mall with lots of choices for food and shopping was great - Sleep quality was acceptable - water pressure in the shower was great The bad - breakfast was especially bad. No bacon, no egg station, the only juice was calamari’s- how do you provide a breakfast buffet in a tropical country with no mango or pineapple juice??? The coffee and tea is serve yourself. This simply does not compare to the breakfast buffets at the better hotels in Bacolod . The no longer provide individually bottled water in the room. Instead it’s a large bottle that at least in my room was not marked as filtered, so I went out and bought water. - overall the feel is as though they are trying to get by on the cheap. The low quality desk chair, lack of individuality bottled water, poor quality towels, etc. all lead to this feel It’s not bad, just not worth the price. There are much better options in Bacolod for less money

Questo è un posto leggermente in basso che potrebbe beneficiare di un touch-up. Non lasciate che vi spenga. Questo resort/hotel ha alcuni dei più amichevoli, più gentili, più utile personale che ho incontrato di recente. Sono finito qui dopo un'esperienza assolutamente terribile in un altro hotel Bacolod, che ho fuggito dopo la seconda notte di un soggiorno di sette notti. Questo era un respiro di aria fresca. Letteralmente. E' fuori città, circa 200 metri dalla strada, i terreni sono coperti di verdure e l'aria è davvero pulita, cosa che è qualcosa se mai stato a Bacolod. È un po' isolato, e consiglio fortemente di avere l'app Grab Ride Hailing sul telefono, perché i taxi non sono in pattuglia qui, ma c'è un centro commerciale 0.3 km (passeggiata facile, piatta) lontano. Il ristorante sul posto è decente e è incredibilmente tranquillo e tranquillo. È un luogo preferito per le nozze e le reception, ma tutto è stato tranquillo ogni notte del 4 notti soggiorno di 2000 ore. Di nuovo, che rende questo posto una gemma è il personale.
