Aldea 19 is one of my favorite places to enjoy the Bacalar Lagoon. The entrance to the lagoon is one of the most beautiful and comfortable I've encountered. The service they offer, both in lodging and food, is first-class. You'll be lucky to meet the owners and chat with them, as they are entirely attentive to their guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a sailboat ride that leaves directly from the pier and is totally worth it! There's always room for improvement, but you're doing an incredible job. I'll be back to check it out again! Thank you for everything! This is my second time bringing a group of over 10 people to Aldea 19, and they've exceeded my expectations both times. If you're interested in further creating new experiences and activations such as cooking classes, yoga retreat... please do not hesitate to contact me! Good location but very overpriced.Small modern room, tiny bathroom,washbasin in room, no patio,no drawers, wardrobes or cupboards,only 4 hangers on a wall hook.Breakfast ok with basic menu,nice staff.

Although the first day at the hotel started off rough with no electricity due to a fallen tree in town, the bar was open and we enjoyed the beautiful views from their patios on the water and the cool water swings and hammocks, doesn't get any better than this. Carlos the owner was friendly and helpful, the staff so attentive. Room includes a very nice breakfast eaten right over the water. Take your own hair dryer is my only advice. Nice room, very clean, great A/C and lots of hot water in the shower. Would definitely go back.

Excelente hotel acogedor, las vistas hermosas de la laguna, el trato de sus empleados hicieron de nuestras vacaciones las mejores, y te ayudan si no tienes tours a conseguirlos con su gente de confianza, lo mejor, gracias muy agradecida por todo. Hasta la próxima

Excelente opción para un buen desayuno, pan de masa madre hecho en casa y la.vista es muy bonita , el pan de plátano y sus conchas son muy ricas, Recomiendo ampliar su menú para almuerzos puesto que solo hay alimentos de 8 am a 2 ok y es el mismo menú, precio promedio de 150 pesos por platillo

Hotel en pente douce au bord de la lagune, bien noyé dans la verdure fraiche de son allée centrale. Belle chambre, grande avec une terrasse parfaite pour le lever de soleil sur les eaux calmes. Sanitaires un peu bizarrement faits, mais rien de grave. Déco style ... lagune! Conteporain,frais et de bon goût. Belle terrasse au bord de l'eau pour le petit déj et pour un verre le soir à la fraîche. Pour les activités lagunes, les tarifs de l'hotel sont super chers, il exsite diverses autres options juste à coté, équivalentes et bien meilleur marché.

Hotel nuevo y bonito. La habitaciones son muy limpias y lindas bien equipadas. Con una hermosa vista al lago, camastros y mesas con vista al muelle y lago. Disfrutamos mucho este pequeño lugar, desde la llegada Morelia recepcionista fue muy agradable, los cócteles del bar estaban increíbles, muy ricos y bien presentados. El desayuno estuvo delicioso. Es 100 recomendable. Solo nos hubiera gustado que ahí mismo rentaran , paddles ,bicis y Kayaks. Pero justo a lado conseguimos ese equipo. De igual modo el restaurante cierra temprano y la carta necesita mejorar. Pero si vas a descansar este es el lugar perfecto para hacerlo.
