Una volta ho dovuto cambiare le stanze perché la stanza non era pulita.

"單就酒店簡單測評，服務態度非常滿意，房間衞生乾淨整潔，周邊環境比較優越，離中國街韓國街很近，出去吃飯走回酒店消消食很不錯的啦，老闆是中國湖南人很熱情，酒店大部分服務人員都會講中文，住在那裡你會感覺出國了又好像沒出國一樣。適合不會講越語又不帶翻譯的人入住。唯一的遺憾就是第一天晚上吃飯讓我感覺不舒服，吃飯在三樓也是吃早餐的地方。兩碗飯、一盤青菜、一碗西紅柿雞蛋湯還有一碗臘八豆排骨總共收取45萬越南盾（換算成人民幣130元出頭），個人覺得最貴的應該就是那碗臘八豆排骨了，特別是老闆炒菜前特意説了臘八豆排骨18萬越南盾（也就是50元多一點吧），好在那碗臘八豆排骨很好吃，不然我肯定感覺被坑了。酒店住宿4.5星，三樓吃飯不推薦，倒數一顆星。"

"I vantaggi sono vicini alla strada sudcoreana e ci sono molti posti di intrattenimento per mangiare e mangiare intorno.

You can always to approach them for any help when you need it.
Breakfast is rich and good quality, they also have swimming pool and spa on site.

The ladies at the desk are very helpful and friendly. They helped me to contact some of my business partners with their personal phone and also helped me to book the airport transfer. Overall, it was a fine stay, would book this again. Breakfast was good too.

Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless and professional.
Overall, the combination of a convenient location, comfort, safety, and excellent service made this city stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the city center.

JJI DALI checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

CChunNot a great experience. Shower was not very clean and drain was a bit clogged. They refused my request to cancel one night's stay a day in advance. That's reasonable, but I'm sure there are more options and they can be more flexible.

UUtente ospiteVery spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
