nice friendly helful dedicated hotel staff. They helped us to arrange a local tour guide to Kho Muong and Ban Huou waterfall . Mr Kien the hotel manager talked and provided us with lots of useful information about the Thai ethnic group people living in Pu Luong and their culture . Swimming pool's amazing with great view of rice field and mountain . Excellent breakfast with very good teas and coffee. The rooms were very clean comfortable and with amazing view of rice terraces. We enjoyed our stay here very much . Thank for your great service and the best hospitality. We will definitely come here again🤗👍🥰

We stayed 4 days in the most wonderful accommodation. The employees all were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms, pool area, restaurant and entire resort are first class and lovingly maintained. We had a super nice, large and well-kept room with a fantastic view of the surrounding green rice terraces. simply breathtaking!! My husband caught a cold in Hanoi before we arrived and he was well looked after with tea and medication so that he was regenerated again within a day. THANK YOU!! ♡ The culinary service was also first class. The food is extremely tasty and super fresh and we liked it so much that we ate there every day and didn't try any other restaurants. A big thank you to the team at Puluong Luna Resort, especially to Mrs Anh and Ms Khuya. THANK YOU SO MUCH ♡ for this unforgettable, wonderful and perfect stay!!

The food was fantastic, probably the best dinners I had in Vietnam, really! I highly recommend eating there. If you are staying overnight, get the rooms with mountain view, you will not be disappointed, it's worth the money. The location is great, and most importantly the staff and owners are very kind and welcoming, I loved them. The only aspect that was less desirable was that the bungalows were not fully sealed (main doors and toilet window) meaning that mosquitos and all kinds of critters could get into your room. To compensate, they have a bed mosquito net and the air con and ceiling fan did the job just right.. to keep your room cool. Experience Pu Luong's surrounding nature in comfort!

Arrived at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge at end of very long day on motorbike tour. Awful weather all day with heavy mist, fog and extremely slow traffic on the Thung Khe Pass. The Jungle Lodge was an oasis! Wonderfully kept grounds, upmarket rooms with comfy beds, great linen and towels. Swimming pool, bar, comprehensive menu with a separate vegetarian menu. Dinner was addition to room cost but breakfast was included. Excellent choice at breakfast with pho, congee, eggs, breads, cereals, fruits, juice, yoghurt, cakes, bao buns and much more. Lovely to go to sleep listening to the call of the frogs in the grounds.
