La struttura è davvero molto curata, storica fuori e moderna dentro. Il personale cortese ma di pochissime parole, uno standard alle Azzorre. Colazione continentale con molta scelta e ottima qualità. Letto comodissimo, peccato fossero due singoli anziché un matrimoniale. Peccato aver trovato sauna e bagno turco un’ora prima dell’orario di chiusura. Acqua e caffè in camera non vengono riforniti. Posizione comodissima con parcheggi gratuiti a due minuti a piedi.

Bellissimo e confortevole hotel ricavato da una struttura antica e ristrutturata con design moderno perfettamente integrato nella cittadina. Dotato di SPA e servizi di ogni tipo ha camere ampie dotate di ogni comfort. Letti super! Servizio di portineria H24 ha l’unica pecca di non essere dotato di parcheggio proprio. Ma nelle vicinanze si parcheggia senza troppi problemi.

Hotel in zona centrale, dotato di confort a misura di cliente. Dispone di vari servizi. Molto pulito ed ordinato nel complesso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante con buone possibilità di scelta. Gli orari sono dettati dall’uso quotidiano della clientela, ma ahimè se per esigenze di lavoro dovreste anticipare, beh aspettatevi una colazione in un sacchetto e pochissima roba disponibile. Peccato!! Due posti auto davanti all’hotel per il resto bisogna arrangiarsi nei dintorni. A pagamento in alcune fasce orarie. Dotato di sauna e piscina, soprattutto nei periodi freddi, quando fuori piove ci si può rilassare tranquillamente. Ottimo nel complesso ci ritornerei volentieri. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al periodo.

Although the property is beautiful, the customer service is rather poor. I regretfully ordered an extra package & none of the amenities were there upon arrival. When reminded front desk of such, they scrambled to toss some crap in the room before the night was over. The bathroom shower smelled strongly of mildew, the sauna was closed, the indoor pool had a ton of mold on the ceiling & the breakfast was terrible. All in all, I will not be returning to this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in Angra but with piss poor customer service. We contacted them ahead of time to warn them of our late check in and received no response. We arrived after midnight and called the hotel multiple times as taxis were sparse at the airport...no one answered. We arrived and received multiple comments that they hadn't expected 5 people despite the fact that this is clearly written on the reservation and the sofa beds/linens were not prepared. At 2 am we switched rooms for the clerk's Convenience as she had a crappier room with a sofa bed set up. Once we started to settle in we realized this room did not have a working lock and actually had to move all of our belongings AGAIN to another room. At Check out when asked about our experience we disclosed all of the above. They admitted the reservation included all of the information but we still were offered nothing except defensive excuses. The breakfast was below average with similarly crappy service. Will never stay here again.

Adequate hotel in centre of Angra, no more, no less. Abysmal breakfast. Friendly staff. We stayed here because it was warm in winter. One of the last places in the Western world (?) to demand you wear a swimming cap in the pool! And there were other odd rules: you get fined if you put anything of your own in the room fridge!

There are two Hotel Zenites. Make sure you are in the correct one. The Boutique Hotel is in the centre of Angra and convenient for exploring this historic city. The rooms themselves are modern and comfortable. I did not like the lack of drawer space. I do not like to have all of my possessions in clear view of the housekeeper.

The suite had 2 floors, and the stairs were very slippery wood. Going downstairs to the toilet in the night was scary. A sign on the minibar said we would be fined 100 euros if we put food in it. We asked for an iron but couldn't get one in the room, nor was there an ironing room. We could only give items to the hotel for ironing. Coffee in the room wasn't replenished. The air con turned itself off in the night as it wasn't working properly, but no fans were available. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Only 1 drawer on both floors for storage.
