The hotel is a renewed Greek house and is really beautiful. It’s close to the city centre and good restaurants. You can not reach the hotel by car (because of the narrow streets of Ayvalik), but there is a parking place really close to it. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served at the terrace, and you can enjoy it appreciating the view to the sea. Apart from the comfort, the hospitality of the owners, and the delicious breakfast (for sure one of the best we had) made our experience there perfect. We really hope to go back!

We had a lovely stay at Kastoria. The rooms are super clean - one of the cleanest we had in Turkiye, the house is beautifully renovated and the family who is hosting is very sweet. They really want to make your stay as good as possible. Also they gave some great tips about what to do and where to go. We booked an extra night, because we liked it so much.

The hotel is well located and has beautiful views over the old town and the sea. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful, recently renovated and very comfortable. The most enjoyable thing about our stay was talking to the lovely owners who were extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely place to stay in Ayvalik old town. The owners could not have been more lovely and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the bay. This property is a converted family home. Much care has been given to maintaining the charm while ensuring good, modern conveniences are available. I especially love that they have a water filtration system to help reduce plastic bottles.

Spent a few days with my family in this hotel and already want to go back. Incredible owners and clean, nice rooms. I am so glad, we found this hotel on the internet. Definitely coming back. Ayvalik is extremely beautiful, plus spending the nights in this hotel makes it even more astonishing. I highly recommend this hotel. It's small but phenomenal. Hope to visit this hotel on a yearly bases.

Manzarasıyla ayrı güzel,dekorasyonuyla ayrı, inanılmaz huzurlu ve keyifli.. Herşey pırıl pırıl.Hem merkezdesiniz, hem de bir o kadar sakin bir bahçeye ve denize bakıyorsunuz.İki gün kaldık ve dönmek zorunda olmasak kesinlikle uzatacağımız bir tatildi.Neşe Hanım ve Kiper Beye çok teşekkür ederiz incelikli iletişimleri, karşılamaları,ilgileri , samimiyetleri için.Ayrıca Kiper Bey bizi her anlamda çok güzel yönlendirdiği için de hiç zaman kaybet**den pek güzel yerlere gittik,güzel lezzetler tattık.Her yere kolayca ulaştık.Bahçe odasında kaldık.Ve kendinize ait ayrı bir alandasınız burada.Denizi görebileceğiz çiçekli huzurlu bir terasa açılıyor.Tertemiz.Size vadettikleri her şeyi sunuyorlar,eksiksiz. Günbatımı ayrı güzel, kahvaltıda denizi izlemek ayrı,yandaki kocaman ağaçtan gelen kuş sesleri ayrı.Muhteşem bir tatil oldu,şiddetle öneriyorum:)İlk fırsatta tekrar gidip daha uzun kalabilme umuduyla..

Ayvalık merkezde çok tatlı bir çiftin işlettiği butik bir konuk evi. Genel olarak Ayvalığın bir otopark sorunu var bu nedenle arabanizi aşağıda park ederek 100 metre yokuş çıkıyorsunuz. Odalar tertemiz, kahvaltısı yeterli. Sadece odada su ve bardak olması güzel olabilirdi. Kahvaltı yaptığınız teras harika bir manzaraya sahip.

Sakin, sessiz ve nezih bir ortam vardı. Konaklamaktan zevk aldık. Kahvaltıda deniz manzarasıyla harika bir seyir zevki var. Otel sahibi de çok içten ve sıcak kanlıydı evimizde hisse**emizi sağladı. Çok memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederiz.
