Not great, my room stnk of detergent it was so bad I had to sleep with the window open. Owner was rude because I arrived half an hour early and knocked on my door at 8:30 to remind me check out is at 9. Found her to be very abrupt. Would not recommend!!!

Rooms in attic space are warm and due to being on a busy A road can be noisy... Shared facilities are very small with little room to move about.. The areas where all clean and staff just lovely and friendly and chatty Short walk 5-10 mins into main shopping areas and park nearby..
