Read the reviews befor I came and was skeletal but on arrival the check in so quick free safe which you normally pay was a bonus the rooms are very nice and comfortable and there is a lot of choice for breskfast and the pool area was spacious and plenty of sun beds big praise for the Asian girl behind the bar non stop working and a great smile a bus just around the corner and a 5 minute walk to the beach been so hot and the clear blue seas are wonderful defo come back here without a doubt

Wery nice hotel, close to Nissi Beach. I recomend it especialy for familyes. Special thanks for the chef Takis Nicolaus who made our stay special with the greatest variety of food. All my appreciation to him, a wery nice person. Hope to see him again next year.

We arrived with my sister and brother in law @ 1am and was greeted by a man who told us that there is a maintenance issue and that you will be upgraded to a 5 star hotel up the road for 3 days. The following day we came back to the hotel to ask what the maintenance issue was all about. The receptionist told us that they had a pump issue in one of the blocks to the hotel. In fairness they did offer us an upgrade to half board but this was the only year we’ve come away just to do bed and Break as we normally do all inclusive but this time we wanted to eat out so the upgrade was not of any benefit to us at the time. We have since come back on the day expected to the hotel and they told us that our rooms will not be ready officially until 2 o’clock but they would let us in by 12. My question was if you’ve had an issue with the pump the rooms should already have been vacated and cleaned, therefore I started to smell a rat. So our arrival we decided to check out the floor where we were allocated and the cleansers were cleaning the room due to people moving out. we spoke to some other people on the same floor who had been on the same floor for the last so I feel the Chritofina has not been 100% truthful with us. I will wait to see what adventure is next and will keep you posted. So far not impressed

The Hotel is near the Nissi Beach, the rooms are big enough, the swimming pool is big and is also one small swimming pool gor childrens. There is an market in the lobby of the hotel where you can find clothes, water, coffe, souvenirs and manny other useful things. About the restaurant, the Chef Takis is every night with the guests, offer drinks frim him. The food is various and very tasty.

I checked out on the 4th September 2024. Arriving home on the 5th of September realising I have left something very sentimental behind. (My own fault, totally!) I have emailed the hotel twice today (5th September) not had a single response to even acknowledge my email! Rang 5 times finally got through, the receptionist on the phone, told me instantly nothing had been handed in. Not even asking for a description of what I had left behind, my room number, date of stay or anything! As I said above totally understand it was my fault, but having stayed at this hotel for a week, I would expect a little bit of common courtesy and questions asked about what I have left behind, where it was etc. I can state exactly where it was left and having seen it at 11:20 am yesterday then the cleaners going straight in, I can only assume one thing. After the stay and then this happening I would not recommend this hotel at all, the service I have received in the one telephone call and ignoring of emails is absolutely shocking!

I stayed in August-September with my family, 2 years old child, wonderful hotel. The staff is exceptional, the cleaning manager, saw that we were with a small child and helped us get the room before 2:00 p.m., when we had to check-in. Many thanks to the head chef and the team for the delicious meal. Every evening at the restaurant there was a certain theme. The head chef was always present in the restaurant and checked that everything was ok, I have never seen anything like this before, you could see that he makes his work with great effort and dedication.

Hotel itself is lovely, pool bar very handy but not enough staff to man it and queues are very long. The girls who worked behind the bar work really hard, specially in the august heat. Cocktail menu was brilliant, plenty of choice. Food at the pool bar was basic and seemed to get worse as the week went on. Food in the restaurant wasn’t great either, didn’t have much of a choice and seemed to be bolognese every night or the same old stuff. This I think was the biggest let down. Service for drinks there also really slow, quite often we’d finished our food before they took our order. Maybe a self service from a machine would be more beneficial? Bedrooms are ok, balcony you can hardly turn on it, and our room looked out to a patch of waste land which had rubbish thrown into it. Beds were not comfy, pillows were hard but we didn’t complain as we never do. Air con we were very grateful for! The guy behind reception and the indoor bar were lovely though. Location was good as we didn’t want to be in the party area and just a short stroll from beautiful Nissi beach. Highly recommend going there! Spa was a nice experience, nothing too special but also a bit of a luxury.. Taxis were cheap enough to get around in. The people were so friendly, no pressure to going into shops and buying anything. All in all, we would return to Cyprus, but not this hotel. Wouldn’t rate it a 4 star by any means

i’ve stayed in Christofinia hotel in October. Very nice and quiet place next to the Nissi Beach which is the one of the top in Cyprus. Hotel is close by foot and bus to the city center. Few meters you can find shops, backery and tawerns. Very good cleaning sevices, good snacks and drinks. I hope I will be back!

Really nice pool area Entertainment spoilt the holiday for us as there wasn't any at all. There are 2 entertainers but they simply don't get anyone involved at all When you try and speak to the man he simply blames the guests saying we are not interested and don't want to get involved but he does nothing to get involved with he will literally argue with you for hours if you let him. If you are visiting soon you will find him sat on the stage dancing into his laptop Only people who have visited will really understand how very very strange it really is
