"They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay."

"The hotel was conveniently located and generally clean. Staff were polite but not very attentive. Room was comfortable but a bit outdated. Wi-Fi was spotty and housekeeping missed our room once. Breakfast was okay but limited in variety. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement."

"I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks.
These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management."

"Questa è la nostra seconda volta qui. Va bene, i dipendenti dell'hotel erano molto attenti, caldi e professionali. La stanza era buona odore e abbiamo un nuovo set di asciugamani. Mi hanno offerto un check-in precoce quando sono arrivato alle 1 pm. Tuttavia, il tubo di tubo bidet nella stanza 303 fu gravemente fugato, fatto scarico d'acqua e splashing ovunque. Non può poo poo correttamente, ha fatto il mio attrimento tutto diventare bagnato. Apprezzi se l'hotel mngment potrebbe risolverlo asap. Tq complessivo per l'ospitalità."

"Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality."

"The room was very clean and homey. Great hospitality- the owner brought a stand fan for me upon request. Walking distance to MMU Melaka and food places. All is good except for the lengthy and complicated google form i had to complete before checking in. Other than that, excellent!"
