Granada Luxury Beach-Ultra All Inclusive

I recently finished a wonderful vacation at Granada Luxury Beach. It was the second time I went to this location (with my husband and my teenager son). We liked the location, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the entertainment program. Every night a different show. Alternatively, piano music, life in the lounge. The beach near the hotel is clean. I also appreciated the SPA area. The attentive, extremely friendly staff speak many languages ​​(English, Russian, German, a little Romanian, Turkish). I especially appreciated the professionalism of Miss Ildis (I hope I didn't think wrong, from Kyrgyzstan), a talented masseuse. Reception: very attentive to the patient (I requested prosoapsupplementary care that came immediately). Daily cleaning in the room, thorough. Diversified food, both Turkish and international cuisine (including barbecue, freshly prepared pasta, sushi, daily). All in all, a successful vacation for a family that wants rest and not extreme adventure.

We are now in Hotel 7th floor room 7130 We can say this hotel is extra ordinary,this is first time we write a review while we are in hotel.Staffs service 100% there is no where you can we can compare with this hotel,this hotel is up to standard everything you looking for is in place so don’t think twice you won’t regret if you come this hotel.

Long story short: I had a great time at this resort. I booked a Swarovski Suite and I got room 2000. At reception I was greeted by a Hassan I believe who is fluent in English. The resort is quite big but well organised and you can find all the facilities quite fast. The food was great and quite diverse, the drinks were decent. The staff of the hotel is really friendly with everyone and not only with certain nationalities as I read in some reviews prior to my visit. The VIP Pavilions are really nice and the staff there is, again, really friendly and helpful. Would've been nice to know the depth of the water next to each pavilion. All in all a very good experience.

To be honest I don’t know where to start the hotel it self very clean staff so friendly and very polite specially (relations department ) the biggest problem with this hotel it’s the food the same food everyday and tasteless specially salad , desert and the grilled ( chicken ) . I will never go back again only for one reason the food

Very sad to be home! Food: the food was great, huge variety and I’m usually very wary about all inclusive because of the buffets but I didn’t once get sick and enjoyed trying all the different types of cuisine on offer. Our last night was the Turkish night with a group of men playing some instruments and lots of lovey food! Couldn’t fault it. Room: we were given a ground floor room on the lobby floor. The only noise was the fire exit door being slammed many times early hours of the morning. I didn’t complain as I think it was the maids and if I wanted one not close to the fire exit, I could’ve paid more or ask to move but It didn’t bother us too much. Staff: I have to give huge credit to the entertainment team! Absolutely amazing, full of fun and worked so hard. They have one day off a week and seemed they worked from morning until late night and always had a smile on their face. They seemed to speak many languages and their English was very good. Always included everyone and very competitive with games! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was I didn’t find many staff who understood English so having a language barrier was a little difficult when wanting something simple like toilet paper. Beach: the beach was lovely although we just had a little look around but didn’t sunbathe there. Seemed very clean and spacious and there’s an outside food area where you can get ice cream, burgers, pizza and fruit amongst other food and drinks. Other guests: some of the other guests can be very rude. One lady wouldn’t let us use the empty sunbeds next to her, no towels down but she was shouting something in German and waving her hands like telling us to go away. Lots of Russian and Eastern European guests, not many English but my partner got involved with the activities and made some friends with other nationalities which was really nice. Maids: they work so hard; room was so lovely and clean, toilet roll topped up every day and clean towels. Also minibar restocked every day. You can also get the bus to Alanya which is about 40 mins away where there are more shops that sell the ‘designer’ items! Haha! You get on the bus at the back, pay when you get off at the front and it was 2 euros each single journey. Can get a little bit warm so take a fan! Drinks: as is usual on holidays abroad, they put a lot of alcohol in your drinks so if you’re not keen on your drink tasting only of alcohol, ask them to just put a little bit, I think staff assume the English love a drink haha! Free water bottles whenever you need them in fridges around the hotel and pool areas. On site shop: there’s a shop near the restaurant on floor -1 where they sell little gifts, some snacks and drinks. Not badly priced either if you just fancy some crisps. Spa: you get given towel cards when you arrive and you can exchange them for towels in the spa on floor -2, when you leave you can take them back and get your cards back to give to reception wh

A great hotel and deserves the 5*. Reception staff greated us nicely on arrival, even though it was really early hours of the morning. We had a room overlooking the pool and sea, which we'd paid extra for. Plenty of room in it and nicely decorated. Food was plentiful and so much variety at every meal. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, on the pier and on the beach so no need to worry who's going to get their towels out first! Great entertainment by the pool during the day with activities and displays and a good variety in the evenings on the outdoor stage. Pool was beautifully clean - a little cold initially but you soon got over this after swimming for a while. Our room was cleaned every day and sometimes we got a lovely animal made from the towels and petals scattered on the bed. Special thanks go to Nuri, the lovely barman at the lobby bar who mixed delicious cocktails, Birlik, the skating waiter round the pool who was always happy to help and Miraç the helpful waiter in the restaurant. The guest relations manager was really helpful too - gave us a private tour around after we'd been discussing some things with her and also helped us out with a problematic situation with the local tour rep. Apologies, can't remember her name, I've left this too long to write. Not many British staying here, quite a lot of Russian and some German. Didn't bother us though. Most of the entertainment, restaurant, bar and reception staff have enough if not good English so communication is easy. If you want to do some shopping and not travel, there's an underpass near the hotel which takes you over the other side of the main road to a souk that has loads of shops with all kinds of gifts, fake goods, food etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again if we return to the same area.

I stayed there for 5 days and everything went well. Unfortunately, there are still points to be addressed. First, when using the tap or taking a shower, the water temperature and intensity change without even touching it. Then there was a foul and very disturbing toilet smell at the ends of the pool and around it. Then, to also address the food, the juices (orange, pineapple) were like water. It's as if they added water to the juices to get more. However, apart from this point, the food was excellent, there were different types of dishes depending on the day (sushi, burgers,..) Finally, I strongly advise you to choose this hotel, because, for a family of 3, everything went really well, there were no problems. The staff was very friendly (despite insistent looks from some workers). There were small "restaurants" near the beach where you can have drinks, fruits, waffles, ice creams, burgers, turkish dishes (gozleme) for free.
