Al momento del check-in, siamo stati trasferiti in un letto king size con vista sulla piscina del divano letto e ci hanno dato un paio di drink ed è stato bello. È un servizio limitato a causa del COVID-19, ma la piscina era aperta e anche il ristorante. Bell'hotel vicino a Bay Village e al Lago Erie.

La stanza è molto pulita a un prezzo molto conveniente, il personale è molto cortese e l'iscrizione è molto veloce!

La stanza è grande e pulita.Il servizio di salotto è molto professionale.La guancia è perché la mano è scarsa e non è venuta a pulire l'igiene per tre giorni.

Hampton Inn Westlake offre una bella camera a un prezzo ragionevole e equo. Check-in è stato un brindisi e hanno entrambi i cookie e il popcorn nel lobby di sera. La camera era ben progettata, letto e letti erano confortevoli, anche se ci sono solo due asciugamani nella camera da bagno. TV funzionava bene come Internet. La camera era pulita. Il livello di base era in costruzione, ma non abbiamo notato alcun problema di costruzione, né sul piano lobby, né sul quarto piano dove si trovava la nostra stanza. Nota: il cameriere del desk front non ha onorato la preferenza della stanza o la posizione più riuest, ma questo era una cosa minore. L'hotel è situato proprio accanto a un Bob Evans con un Wendy vicino a lui e c'è un'enorme zona di tipo centro commerciale/centro sul lato opposto dell'intersezione che offrirebbe qualcosa da fare e numerosi posti per cenare senza dover guidare alcune altre. L'hotel era facile da trovare I90. La colazione era buona con una varietà decente, ma non ha offerto molte scelte come altri Hamptons che ho soggiornato nella zona. Continua buona, calda e riempita. Non abbiamo usato piscina o sala da allenamento come abbiamo controllato tardi e lasciato presto, ma mi consiglierei di consigliare questo hotel a un amico e restare ancora se in zona.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at. Ever. Not kidding. On arrival the first thing you encounter is a filthy exterior door that is covered in fingerprints. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the start of covid. Inside, the lobby felt cluttered and it had an overall smell of stale mustiness and faint cigarette smoke. Front desk was unattended and it took a few minutes for the staff to check me in. Took a minute to find the elevator - no directions posted on the walls. The floor inside the elevator was dirty and the rubber flooring was lumpy and worn. Finally made it to the room. Once I made it into the room my experience did not improve at all. The room smelled - stale mustiness and old cigarettes again. The carpet was extremely stained - in one place it looked like drops of blood. The walls were sticky with food and grease stains, especially in the kitchen area. There were two desk chairs in the room, one at the kitchen area table and the other at the desk. One of the chairs had significant stains on the seat, the other had edging around the back rest broken away with staples sticking out. In the bathroom the towel rack was broken, the sink was incredibly small, underneath the sink was filthy, and there was some kind of questionable substance on the side of the toilet tank. The towels smelled like they had been on a shelf for several months, absorbing that by now familiar musty cigarette smell. Back out in room - the phone was stained, there were no cups, dishes, cookware, utensils in the kitchen area, the bedding was threadbare, and there was just an overall sense of stickiness to the entire room. There was also a spot on the floor where the carpet meets the laminate where the molding/trim was damaged. This exposed the carpet tack beneath creating a significant hazard. There was no way I was walking barefoot in this room. I would have cut my foot. I was grateful I packed flip flops. I know you are all asking why I didn't ask for a different room Two reasons here - first, I didn't think it would make a difference. I think the entire facility would have the same problems no matter what room I was in. Just old, dirty, sticky, and smelly. And secondly, when I went back down to the lobby to speak to someone about all of this I was met with a sign on the counter saying ”Welcome, I'll be right back” with directions to dial ”0” for immediate assistance, likely taking you to the unoccupied front desk or the national reservation line for the hotel chain. This sign on the counter thing happened twice, both times I went looking for someone to talk to about my issues. All this can be yours, too, and only for $170... Never. Again.
