Hotel in zona Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Apresentação, Aveiro

Un grande hotel nel centro della città vicino a tutto, un po 'antica in molti modi, con il suo decoro finale degli anni '60, tappeti di spessore e pannelli di legno, ma questo è tutto il suo fascino. Abbiamo avuto un problema nel bagno della stanza che ci fu dato inizialmente, ma dopo che il responsabile del servizio vide il problema, ha preso rapidamente le disposizioni per offrirci un'altra stanza, che si è rivelata una suite con due balconi. Il letto era molto comodo, ma ci piaceva soprattutto il ristorante, sia per il grande colazione che per il pranzo serale, che era un valore eccezionale - servizio da tavola, biancheria da tavola e napkins, Il servizio di guardia e tre corsi con una bottiglia di vino inclusi per un valore incredibile solo € 12.50. Se ho detto vecchia moda, poi girare l'orologio per sperimentare il modo in cui le cose erano state fatte, come la norma, è stato davvero apprezzato.

Aveiro è una bella città - l'accesso alle principali attrazioni era facile da hotel. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Il personale è utile con bagagli. Il colazione era eccellente. Si consiglia.

The owner was rude and not helpful at all. The place is dirty, especially the patio with spider webs, dead bugs and bird crap in every table and chair. They don’t update their pages at all. The pictures are outdated, the reservations are’t updated often enough, there’s actual digits missing from their contact information on the door, the tv is has the grainiest image i’ve ever seen, there’s only 2 available power outlets in the whole room( and only 1 close to thr bed), no trash bin, and many other basic problems. We reserved a room with a bathtub, upon arrival we saw there was no tub at all so we asked to change rooms. They did, into a room with a broken ac unit which they didn’t intend to fix. Both rooms had 0 isolation both from light and noise. Woke up multiple times during the night hearing loud noises from the street and the storage up above. If you turn your tv on or have any conversation in your room, the whole hallway hears it. If the tv wasn’t on, I could hear every conversation being had by the guests in the adjacent rooms and the room across the hall. From 7am onwards, there was no way to sleep due to brightness (as seen in the attached photo). The place actually has 3 amazing rooms, but that’s it. 3/17. Every other room looks simillar to the ones we’ve had issues with or even worse. Really don’t advise anyone to stay here unless you want to know exactly which rooms to look for. If you get one of those three, you’ll enjoy your stay. If you don’t get one of those, then good luck.

The hotel has an excellent location for shopping, eating, and the train station. We had our luggage forwarded to this location as we walked the Camino, and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Easy, courteous checkin. There is a one-person/luggage elevator available. My room on the first floor had high-ceilings, lots of sunlight, and a wonderful view. The bathroom was spacious, mixing old with new. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet. Breakfast is an efficient and adequate buffet served in a room downstairs. Coffee machines, toasters, meat and cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereals, etc. All buffet - nothing cooked to order, ie no eggs, etc. It worked for us. I must add that we had a couple of injuries in our 8-person group, due to walking the coastal Portuguese Camino. The staff were very helpful answering questions about medical attention, calling cabs, referring pharmacies.

Personale molto attento, servizio ben orientato. - Una buona presentazione. Ben situato, zona tranquilla. Buona stanza, pulizia irrinunciabile!

Località meravigliosa a tutti i livelli. Ci piace e sicuramente torneremo 👌 L'unica cosa che posso fare è che l'acqua delle piscine dovrebbe essere più calda. Vi consiglio vivamente di visitare e godere di tutto ciò che questo Bello Hotel ha da offrire.

Avero è a pochi passi da un autobus o taxi. La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole. Ci sono ristoranti, mini-mercato e lavastoviglie in moneta intorno, quindi non devi preoccuparti della tua vita. La buona volontà della famiglia del padrone mi ha riscaldata il cuore. Questo è l'hotel che voglio restare di nuovo. Grazie.

Ottimo hotel, letto molto comodo e grande, pulizia impeccabile. Buona colazione con cornetti caldi, appena sfornati e buonissimi. L'aspetto umano lasciava molto a desiderare, il check-in era alle 15, quando siamo arrivati alle 14.45, non c'era nessuno alla reception e solo 5 minuti dopo è comparso qualcuno, siamo stati autorizzati ad entrare in camera solo alle 15.30 , non siamo stati informati che il ritiro degli asciugamani era alla reception anche se abbiamo dato i buoni per ritirarli, siamo andati alle terme e non c'era nessun dipendente lì per mantenere l'ordine o dare informazioni, solo un avviso allo sportello, avevamo tornare alla reception per ritirare gli asciugamani e poi tornare al centro benessere. Inoltre non mi è piaciuto l'orario della spa, dalle 10:00 alle 20:00, se la spa non ha funzionato, potrebbero prolungare ulteriormente l'orario, in modo che gli ospiti possano godersela un po' di più, dato che ci consentono solo 1 orario ora al giorno. Volevamo godere di questo vantaggio il giorno del check-out, ma è stato impossibile perché l'orario di partenza è alle 11:00. E non volevamo andare alla spa dopo colazione. È un peccato perché l'hotel è abbastanza carino, ma il nostro soggiorno non è stato piacevole.
