Hotel in zona Devrent Valley, Avanos

Ailecek gittik, Selçuklu odasını tercih ettik. Oda mağara odası olduğu için içerde bir mağara kokusu mevcut ama bizi rahatsız etmedi. Oda hakkında tek olumsuz yorumum şu; tavandan küçük kırıntı şeklinde parçalar düşüyor o da muhtemelen mağara olmasından kaynaklı. İlk gecemizin sabahında balon sesleriyle uyandık. Otelin hemen yanından geçiyorlar, harika bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı çok doyurucu,taze ve leziz; hele ki o pişi ve börekler 👌🏻. Kahvaltı salonundaki duvara yapılmış heykeller arasında kahvaltı yapmak muhteşemdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili izlememiz gereken rotaya kadar anlattılar. Her şey çok güzeldi bir sonraki gidişimde yine burayı tercih edeceğim 🙏🏻

Seki Cave Cavusin era un hotel fantastico. La loro stanza è così pulita, comoda e confortevole. Siamo in una caverna ma in modo moderno. Hanno un buon, completo e delizioso colazione. Il loro personale è molto utile e amichevole. Puoi chiedere tutto sul cappadocia con loro. Il loro migliore vista è guardare il palloncino caldo al mattino (così bella) e nella loro vista posteriore hanno casa di pietra caverna. Puoi scavare due viste in un hotel. Siamo molto statici e si può soggiornare a Seki Cave Cavusin e molto consigliato questo hotel. Grazie per il vostro miglior servizio.

Ho appena prenotato l'hotel guardando il sito web e non c'era alcuna schermata su come sarebbe stato soprattutto non essere un marchio ma fidati di me hai visto per crederlo è uno dei luoghi più spettacolari che ho avuto a È un hotel boutique così non vedi la resistenza di sooooo molte persone intorno al personale molto cortese e sempre pronti a soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze. Vorrei ringraziare soprattutto Fatama (manager di ristorante) che è stato lì per fornire ciò che abbiamo mai chiesto come essere una VEG Indian scelte nel colazione diventa limitato ma lei è andata tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno un Experience & là BREAKFAST............che soddisfa il vostro 3 sensi come prova incredibile, trattamento visivo e odore di freschezza

Assolutamente amava il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Lucky Cave. Era così bello e accogliente. Il personale era così accogliente e super amichevole. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare le tour e anche organizzato navi aeroportuali. Bella comunicazione! Alcuni dei migliori servizi dell'hotel che abbia mai ricevuto. Le camere erano pulite e i giardini erano celesti. Era un soggiorno così rilassante. Aveva una terrazza sul tetto dove abbiamo avuto una grande vista sui palloncini caldi al mattino. Vorrei consigliare molto di rimanere qui, poiché l'hotel è stato nel cuore di tutti i negozi e ristoranti carini e facile da trovare 👍

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti il 24 ed il 25 ottobre con un gruppo di ventisei persone. La location dell'hotel è stupenda dall'esterno: panorami mozzafiato atmosfera veramente esclusiva. Sfortunatamente ”vivendo” la struttura le cose vanno troppo bene. Le camere pur molto ampie e spaziose ed alla apparenza molto comode in alcuni casi sono praticamente prive di impianti di aerazione e ciò crea non pochi problemi. Molto cortese il personale della reception e quello di sala che si impegna per fornire un buon servizio, purtroppo regna una certa disorganizzazione e ciò comporta confusione. Il secondo giorno di permanenza, diverse stanse non erano pulite e l'acqua calda era una ”chimera” . A cena poi - il turno del ns/ gruppo era per le ore 20:00 - alle ore 20:10 buona parte del buffet era esaurito ed in particolare la zona dessert completamente sfornita. Alla mia richiesta di riassortimento mi è stato riferito che era tutto esaurito; a quel punto ho fotografato il nulla e .. ”come per miracolo” dopo alcuni minuti sono apparsi una serie di dessert !!!!! . La stessa sera ho manifestato il mio disappunto alla direzione e mi è stato detto che il giorno dopo avrebbero provveduto a risolvere le problematiche ... peccato che il giorno dopo siamo partiti. Ritengo che con una migliore organizzazione e gestione generale renderebbe la struttura veramente 5 stelle, così si possono dare 2 stelle come incoraggiamento. Mostra meno

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

E'stata una grande esperienza. Alla nostra arrivo ci sono stati offerti freschi. Elif, Feyzo e Yigit erano tutti molto utili. amichevole e gentile. Elif ha organizzato le nostre camere d'albergo e ha controllato tutto prima di darci le chiavi. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate. La posizione è perfetta. Solo 5 minuti a piedi dal centro principale dove sono situati tutti i ristoranti, negozi, agenti di viaggio e macchine in contanti, ecc. La vista superiore del tetto è molto bello. La prateria principale ha un sacco di divano e sedie rilassanti per sedersi nel sole. Non c'è disturbo dal traffico principale. La colazione era davvero buona. Tutti freschi e deliziosi. Vorrei tornare a usare il loro servizio. Molto ricompreso.

Was blown away when i first arrived into Goreme. This hotel is sitauted at one of the most elevated points in the city, but will get to that soon. From the moment I arrived, the service was amazing. They carried my suitcase (very unnecessary as i consider myself a mans man) but it was nice. The room was brillaint, and the bathtub was massive. I definitely used that twice whilst on my stay at the end of each day to unwind. The bed was a King size with an amazing mattress and pillows. Room size was pretty impressive as well. Now the rooftop...Wow, just wow. Go up there at night and watch the city glow, in the serene silence. It was something magical, to just be able to sit there and chill. Now if you want to catch the amazing Hot Air Balloons, this is one of the better rooftops. Breakfast was pretty good and with a wide variety to choose from buffet and then some. Maccan is definitely a hidden gem from the main centre, so definitely worth the 5min walk from there

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato perfetto. Lo staff è stato super gentile e accogliente, sempre con un sorriso sulle labbra. La camera era pulita, spaziosa, insonorizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, cassaforte, prodotti da bagno, frigo bar, acqua, bollitore, the e caffè). La colazione è stata fenomenale, abbiamo trovato tante pietanze sia dolci che salate, buon assortimento anche di bevande. Ciliegina sulla torta? Una cagnolona bellissima a farci compagnia durante la colazione. L'hotel dispone anche di parecchi spazi comuni, ovvero varie terrazze da cui ammirare il panorama e da cui si possono osservare i balloons la mattina presto. Peccato che ci siamo rimasti solo due giorni. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c
