Miles and miles of walking and hiking trails weave through the neighborhood and the community parks provide great entertainment for adults and children alike. Getting Around: We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc. Other Things to Note: ★★★ PRE-STAY GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED ★★★ To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be aware. - This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 12 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy. - We have lawn care service that comes to the house on a bi-weekly basis around Wednesdays (might be earlier or later) to mow the law and take care of the landscaping, and therefore will need access to the front and back yard during service. We do respectfully that guests keep all pets in doors during the lawn care service to ensure the lawn maintenance can be performed quickly.
