Four Points by Sheraton Austin Airport

The hotel is very clean and our room (a King sized bed) was spacious. The bathroom, with a good sized shower, was also clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were all very friendly, and the manager went out of his way to provide me with a private space to join a board meeting (unexpectedly stayed here since a flight was cancelled). The breakfast offerings had something for anyone, and the food was very good. No noise issues. Nice lobby and friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Overall this was very good value and I'd stay there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to welcome me and make me feel comfortable. When I checked in,I was also greeted by the manager, Nathan. The accommodations were great and the room and surroundings were very quiet which allowed me to get my work done in the evening. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend the Four Points in Austin and will book rooms at other Sheraton Four Points Hotels for my future travels.

We travel almost once a week for work and so we stay in a lot of hotels. Walking into our room at the Four Points initially felt so nice and clean with the LVP flooring and we thought, why don’t more hotels do this - instead of nasty carpet!? At midnight, it became VERY clear why they don’t. The noise transfer btwn rooms - Oh. My. Gosh. Started with the roller suitcases as the people above us arrived and then as they unpacked them and placed what sounded like ALL of their belongings on the loud floor. Then the next door guest who turned on their tv at 3:30am - it was so loud. But I don’t blame them - the ac units are SO loud that the tv volume has to be high just to hear it. At 7am we thought someone was having a dance party with a radio … nope!! Just the crazy loud hotel music coming from the speakers RIGHT OUTSIDE our door next to the elevator. On guest room floors!?!? Why??? I listened to the guy next door have an obviously zoom work call and I could make his deal for him with all that I could clearly hear btwn the walls. So, yes it’s a beautiful new clean hotel. Ok for a quick overnight if needed. Lobby is beautiful with lots of seating for working or hanging out. And we are loyal faithful Bonvoy members with status and not that we ever expect anything but to not even be greeted as members, suck. And when we got a room on the 2nd floor, we asked to be higher (usually quieter) we were told the hotel was sold out. There was never more than 5 cars in the lot. There is NO way it was sold out.

I stayed at the Hotel twice. 1 night on arriving to Austin and later on for two nights. The hotel isn’t far from the airport but try not to use an airport taxi because it is very expensive Check in was fast and friendly. The room the first night had a problem with the air-conditioner that wouldn’t switch off. So I set the temperature to my liking and it was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Shower and general bathroom area clean and well maintained The second room even better, everything worked and was well maintained and clean. The beds in both rooms were comfortable, not too soft or hard. Less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel isn’t a TexMex restaurant, a subway and a Starbucks next to which is a petrol station and 7-11 There is free parking so it is a great location for the airport and traveling
