My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect. Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row. The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day. Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly. The room was clean as expected with all the amenities. The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.

SXSWへの参加のために6泊しました。 とても綺麗で手入れされている印象のホテルでした。 空港からも車で10分ほどとアクセスも良かったです。 朝食をつけたところ3日間はビュッフェ、 残る6日間は注文するタイプでした。 これぞアメリカの朝ごはん‥？！というほどボリューミーで食べきれませんでしたが、スタッフさんの対応もよく、満足度が高かったです！

真是差的不行，從來沒有住過服務這麼差的酒店，訂的3晚，住到第三天衞生還沒有給我們打掃過，我們聯繫前台，前台説工作人員少，現在已經下班了。吶尼？人員少就是不打掃房間的理由？**啊！然後最後一天去吃早餐，等着吃完去機場，結果活生生一個早餐等了1個多小時，最後沒吃走了。簡直無語了！
