Qualcuno è entrato nella mia stanza usando una chiave mentre mi stavo vestendo!! Ho scoperto che era un dipendente che sostiene che la stanza doveva essere vuota!

Very stuffy kinda the air conditioner made Me hard to breathe but other then that it was nice to have a microwave and stove and a a freezer and fridge. I got tonpark next to the room too which was also nice.

Toilet does not flush, shower doesn’t work. Called 2x about both matters and finally went down to ask a third time, to which we FINALLY got maintenance to us. Waiting on a fresh shower and to use the restroom as it’s been this way since we checked in last night.

u guys have to be more clean

Room was dirty (floor and table had not been washed). The door didn’t shut all the way - made me wonder if it had been kicked in at one point. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, there was a strong tobacco smell. Neighborhood was sketchy.

The room was horrible. The toilet didn’t work, and they made me use their plunger to try and fix it myself because maintenance was not in. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I booked a 2 bed room but was told upon arrival that they sold out and do not have my room options. Keep in mind I made my booking 2-3 weeks in advance. Then I was given 2 rooms instead of one room with two beds. Upon arrival, the rooms were dirty and not ready

Switched my room because of the key card not working. 2nd room I got smelled full of cigarettes. Asked for another room and got denied. Requesting full refund or disputing charges with my bank.

The ceiling above my shower was leaking and no one answered at the front office when I called.

We received what we paid for. Quick stay for an early morning flight. Condition of room was poor. Bedding was poor-no blankets, limited channels on television.

We got there and our first room was in shambles what a car scissor jack holding the bathroom sink up. When we returned for the store the floor was flooded in the kitchenette area for the fire suppression system above, when we called the front desk we were immediately accused of smoking ( neither of us smoke) and it was only after she got done dealing with something “more important “ was she able to make it to the room and verify what we had told her. We were moved to another room which was in slightly better repair but was filthy so I spent the next day cleaning it since our stay was non-refundable. My partner cheated and verbally abused me so I left and tried to get the deposit switched to his name so I wasn’t liable for his proclivities in that room. I was informed that they would not do that and if we wanted to do that I would forgot the money I paid toward the room and we would have to pay another week with new deposit from my ex man thing. I attempted to try and find other arrangements for myself but was unable so I kick his sorry @$$ out. I was afraid of him returning and doing something to me and when I asked if I could switch rooms if I cleaned the old one well for the remainder of my stay I was told that I had been in the room for 3 days so I would either have to put up with it or leave with no refund. I couldn’t stay I didn’t feel safe so basically the hotel got nights I paid for and probably rented the room again, screwed me the worst way possible.👎

Expensive, extremely dirty, tv remote didn’t work, my key card didn’t work so somebody had to let me in my room
