Hotel in zona Barrington Town Center, Aurora

Sono rimasto qui quando ho preso mia figlia per il tour studentesco ammesso all'Università di Kent State. Stavamo guidando da Illinois, quindi il posto direttamente sulla rotta 80 era molto conveniente. Ci sono anche molte comodità nelle vicinanze di Walmart direttamente attraverso la strada, la stazione di gas, i ristoranti e circa 15 minuti di viaggio verso Kent State lungo una strada molto scenica.Il cameriere era molto amichevole e mi piaceva avere una cucina completa. Mia figlia si trovava con un amico che viveva nella zona, così potevano visitare gli studenti della KSU e io andai a Walmart, comprai cibo e cucinai nella stanza, e aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno e in buone condizioni. Il loro colazione è gratuita al mattino, tra cui alcune opzioni gratuite di glutine. Inoltre, c'è un mercato molto piccolo nel lobby con articoli microonde, snack e bevande, tra cui vino. Non c'è molto spazio per lobby. Penso di restare qui se torno in zona.

The walls are paper thin. Worst room noise I have ever experienced at a Marriott. My daughter and I could hear every word the people next door were saying! There was also highway noise and the air conditioner going off and on made a loud noise. My daughter and I stayed here two nights during her orientation weekend for Kent State. Warning if you share Marriott points with your husband. The points account is in his name, but we both have Marriott credit cards. On occasion if he is not with us the front desk will ask to speak to my husband to confirm I’m on his account. No problem, but this hotel front desk said they couldn’t speak to him and said he had to call Marriott Bonvoy main number to have me added to the reservation. He goes to call the number and they didn’t even know what he was talking about until another person got on the phone. Finally after waiting in the lobby with all our stuff at 9:30 at night they got us added to the reservation so we could check in. I literally have the same exact Marriott credit card with my name on it and the same last name. I have the Marriott app on my phone with our confirmation number. This happened to the lady that was before us too and a lady after us luckily had her husband in the car, but he was handicapped and the hotel made him go in to check in. We will be staying in the area often for at least the next 4 years, but not here!

Prima di tutto, il buono, grande ubicazione per l'accesso al Parco Nazionale delle Caverne di Cuyahoga e letti molto confortevoli. Ora il cattivo, aveva 2 bedrm/2 bagno. Il tessuto della sedia da cucina è mal dipinto e sporco, mattone di merda, 12 pollici di molda e di tintura di tintura su tetto in una vasca da bagno e le reti di spider nell'altra. Non ha mai avuto questo problema con nessun altro hotel IHG e non può raccomandare fino a quando non sono state effettuate grandi riparazioni.

We came to the area for a graduation party. From the check in with Angela to our check out was great. Our rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms. If there was a complaint it would be the bed was to firm for me. Also, because of the weekend and the amount of people maybe housekeeping could have been a little more present in the common areas. Especially the elevators. I saw a guest almost slip and fall in the elevator due to water from the guest coming back from swimming. The bar wasn't bad. We had catered food from the hotel for our event. The beef was to die for. Excellent taste. The nice thing is there are some stores and other restaurants close by. If in the area will definitely stay again.

I had never stay in a Drury Inn, until a week ago. My family was always Marriott Club members. However; I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, staff, and property amenities. I will say, the staff is second to none, so willing and ready to help at any given time. I can honestly say, from housekeeping to the hotel manager, super helpful and very courteous. It's been a very long time since I have had this kind of experience at any hotel. I will never forget how you made my family and I feel from the minute we checked in, we felt very welcome. When I checked in, I told the young man I wanted to have a good experience and he said,”Yes Mam.” I had an awesome time. Thank you Drury Inn.

La camera era carina ma quando sono entrato nel letto? Mi sono morso e non so se era il sapone con cui ti lavi ma la mia pelle prudeva come un matto

THIS IS A TRUE WARNING. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I was in town for a wedding Friday-Monday, 9/23-26/2022. Typically upon check-in, I thoroughly check my room #221. However, due to rehearsals, family meetings & greets, etc, I just checked-in and commenced with the wedding schedule. Due to the fact that I've been in hotel mgmt for over 10 years, I am always considerate of the housekeeping department. In turn, Mon 9/26/22 after showering, I removed all of the linen and made sure all dirty laundry is in a pile. Upon pulling the linen from the beds, I was disgusted and appalled. I immediately called to the front desk and requested for mgmt to come to my room, it was approximately 730amish. The desk agent informed me that there wasn't a MOD on property but as soon as the GM arrived she would inform him of my request. I went to the desk 2xs, the 1st time I showed my pics and video to the agent and she was very apologetic. While standing there the GM Steve Patris walked in. I introduced myself and told him I would come back once he was settled in. I came back down around 10:30-10:45ish. I begin to explain to Steve how I felt and I allowed him to review the pictures & video footage. He apologized and said he would give me points. I informed him that I wasn't a Marriott member, in turn I prefer to get 1 night stay refunded. He stated he couldn't do that and thar he would give me 50% refund of 1 night stay. I informed him that, that wasn't suffice. I then asked him to put himself in my shoes and inquired what would he want. He didn't answer the question. I again reiterated that 50% wasn't suffice and I preferred a 1 night stay refund of $119+ tax. He said he couldn't do that because he needed to analyze the situation. I said well I requested for you to come to my room. I then said we can go now. He didn't move. I then informed him that facts don't lie. The room was despicable. So I inquired again, as a GM you're telling me that you, as the GENERAL MANAGER of the hotel can't refund me a 1 night stay. He said no. I then asked for his boss information. He then passed me a sticky note that he had ALREADY written Marriott's customer service number on. I was like wow, so you were prepared not to help me. After going back and forth with each other for another 5 minutes, I just ended the conversation and he said have a good day ma'am.
