Beware! Don’t stay at the Residence Inn Augusta!!! Our room was flea infested. management’s and Bonvoy’s response to our ordeal further proved hotel management nor Bonvoy cared about our safety or loyalty. After a trip to urgent care and a report to the environmental agency we learned they had put the room back in rotation immediately after a pet was in the room. They neglected to take appropriate steps to insure the room was clean and safe. They failed in their legal “…responsibility to protect guests from foreseeable risks, including injuries and criminal acts…” demonstrating a continued pattern of placing guests at risks. Management’s and Bonvoy’s response to our ordeal further proved hotel management and Bonvoy have little concern for customer safety or loyalty. Don’t trust them. Stayed here for a little over a month. Nicely renovated rooms. Great location. Special mention for Ms Briunna and Ms Deborah. They were excellent always a smile and a greeting in the morning in the dining area or the front desk. Ms Briunna and Ms Deborah made sure breakfast was ready and hot. Will stay here again if I'm in Augusta area.

All the staff were very nice. But the one that stood out the most was Anita. The breakfast was amazing. The house keeping was awesome. The guest laundry could have been a little better. The washer wouldn't let you select a temperature. Other then that it has been a great stay.

Good morning: The breakfast is great ! The food is appetizing and delicious. My favorite so far is bacon and the egg white quiche. Debra Smith is pleasant and takes pride in her service. She always present with a smile asking how she can assist? She adds a good to the morning. Thank you, Customer

Customer service from Anita is the best service I’ve experienced In all my days of hotel stays! Thanks for all she does!!Always greeted and ask is there anything she can do to further assist. That’s something you don’t see as detail as Anita’s. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights pre Christmas. We are two adults and our 17 year old daughter.What sets this hotel apart is the quality of the Staff. Anita in reception is what hospitality is all about, Her friendly greetings, always got a smile and seems to be always brushing up, cleaning and making sure guests are looked after. Deborah was another stand out, in the breakfast and reception. Being from Ireland we had never had Gritts, Deborah prepared it for us, and showed us how it should be eaten . What great customer service. On reception Deborah also made sure we had everything we needed. These two ladies are the ethos of the Marriott way in customer service. Had a lovely two days and the hotel felt very homely. Lovely rooms, clean, good air con. good kitchen facilities. If we are ever in Augusta again would not stay anywhere else.Staff can make or break a stay. These ladies just made our stay. Well done.

Great and friendly staff. We love that housekeeping is always willing to replenish items and provide things you may need for your room. Breakfast is really delicious, you have a lot of options to chose from! Deborah always greets you with a warm welcome and friendly smile which gives such a great start to your morning as well! Overall we are very satisfied with our stay here :)

The bed is awesome. Deborah in the breakfast area is sweet kind and very attentive. The Hotel area is clean . The rooms are very clean. Overall everything was just right for these holidays decoration were awesome. Front desks employees are very friendly always with a smile and greeting everyone and making them feel at home.

I’ve been staying here for a few months being part of the storm cleanup. The lovely Deborah does a phenomenal job every day I see her here. She’s very polite, professional and attends to everyone’s needs as they come. Thanks Deborah keep up the great work !
