Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale dell'hotel è stato davvero cordiale e molto premuroso nel trovare una soluzione alle nostre esigenze. Davvero complimenti.

Stayed here with a college group for two nights, and despite some renovations at the hotel, this was the most comfortable and accommodating location for our 10-day trip. The rooms were quite large, very quiet, very clean, and the sleep quality was excellent. The shower worked well with plentiful hot water and water pressure, very relaxing after a long day of travel and touring. There was a very wide choice of breakfast options, from cereals to meats to breads, and all very flavorful. The hotel was very convenient to the airport for our departure, about a 10 minute ride. The only downside was about a 45 minute trip, one way, to Munich, and since we were traveling by tour bus, I don't know about public transportation to the city, nor about private parking if traveling by car. Still, I would give Akzent a superb rating.

I had missed that the hotel did not have a restaurant, but this was not a problem since a very nice Italian restaurant is next door.
Parking was easy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful (one man also speaks Dutch!). When I arrived at ca 1400 I could already access my room.But no hot running water. This was fixed though later in the afternoon though.
The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. Brötchen and all the German toppings (ham, salami, cheese, etc). Fresh and very tasty ( no wattery scrambled eggs)
Couple of things that were disturbing: Children running around late in the room above my room.
And the electric fuse cupboard next to the door made a lot of noise. This I fixed by taking out my door key of the door key reader. No electricity then in the room, i.e. no lights are working either. But I preferred that to the summing noise.

We came back to this hotel after our stay in 2019. It has really become so much better! This time the room was spacious, very well air-conditionned. The staff was attentive, especially Maryam during brekfast. Very quiet. Very tasty breakfast. Strong wi-fi

Decent enough hotel for the money, but definitely no frills, such as air con. Rooms were spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Really good Italian restaurant restaurant right next to the hotel, with excellent pizzas & beers. The restaurant only takes cash, however you can also give them your room number & settle the bill at the end of your stay with the hotel. Really loud church bells at all times of the day & night, especially at 6am for some reason. Overall a decent hotel with friendly & helpful staff - would stay here again.
