Tutto il personale era fantastico. Sono stati gentili, disponibili e hanno sempre risposto alle domande in modo conciso.
L'hotel in sé è molto datato. La porta principale della nostra stanza aveva un ampio spazio sotto di essa, il che significa che i rumori dal corridoio erano più forti del previsto. Anche il lavandino del bagno era molto piccolo, cosa che personalmente non mi piaceva. Ma tutto ha funzionato.
Sono stato grato che ci sia una lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici ad uso degli ospiti.

Quite pleasant, well set out , would book there again. Right in the centre of Auckland, handy to everything in the CBD. Parking is a problem, rang ahead to try and book, was told it's ”first come first served ”, when we got there my partner asked about parking and was told there was none available, but the people arriving after us were given a spot...the parking was in the 10min drop off spots...so be aware if you arrive late but before the freeman ends finding a spot to stop and book in might be difficult.

Stayed at Lylo for 3-4 days and it's probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. You check in on a device however there is a receptionist near in case you need anything. Il design è fantastico, così come le camere/spazi di lavoro comuni, è molto nuovo e ristrutturato al momento, quindi sembra davvero fantastico. Ci sono WiFi gratuita, una cucina comune e bagni su ogni piano. Il ristorante e il bar, si ottiene una carta per un drink gratuito! Ho soggiornato in una camera privata e in bagno condiviso, il pavimento era super pulito e tranquillo. La stanza stessa era bella e tedesca, ci mancavamo alcune cose come un bicchiere di rubino (non sapevamo che le camere venivano con uno finché non vedevamo qualcun altro sul nostro piano con uno). Penso che sarebbe stato bello se la stanza fosse venuta con una TV o una cassaforte, ma la stanza era grande per il prezzo così non si può lamentare troppo :) posizione è centrale e facile accesso a tutto all'interno della città.

Un hotel situato in centro a pochi passi dal porto e da altre attrazioni. È rimasto qui per due notti per riprendersi da un lungo volo prima di partire sulla nostra odyssey della Nuova Zelanda. Il check-in è efficiente e la nostra stanza era al 23° piano, che ha offerto una vista in tutta la città. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e il letto di grandezza re molto comodo. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Rooms are slightly dated but wouldn’t take much to be a higher star of hotel. Gym facilities really good though different equipment to what is in the pictures. Breakfast really good value, would be good to see some healthier options of fruit too. Overall a really good stay and would stay here again

Il vantaggio principale è la posizione, proprio fuori dalla principale zona commerciale di Queen Street, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle aree Viaduct e Britomart. Supermercati meno di cinque minuti a piedi, SkyCity appena in piedi, ecc. L'edificio stesso non è niente flash con una piccola zona di accoglienza e due piccoli ascensori. Ci siamo stati in un 2 dormitorio, 2 appartamento da bagno sul 7° piano e l'appartamento era molto confortevole e aveva abbastanza spazio per rilassarsi. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La piccola cucina aveva le basi necessarie per la colazione e preparare un pasto leggero e snack; una camera da bagno era un en suite fuori dalla camera principale, mentre l'altra era più grande e conteneva lavastoviglie e asciugatrice. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo sofferto dal rumore di costruzione in strada, che non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel, ma volevamo dormire con l'aria condizionata su di essa piuttosto che avere una finestra o una porta aperta. Il weekend era meno rumoroso, ma c'era ancora qualche costruzione.

We had a delicious lunch here to celebrate a birthday. It serves Asian fusion, and as the chef is Korean, I believe it has a lot of delicious Korean inspired dishes. We had the Grilled Prawns, Fried Chicken and Meat Balls. All served beautifully, the tastes a delicious explosion of flavors in the mouth, and so yummy, I could have kept on eating. The views are enormous!! So lovely - soaking up the sun, being served by a lovely friendly chatty waitress, and eating delicious food, with amazing views and eating yummy food with great company. We will be back.

UUtente ospiteThis is an excellent place to stay if you're transiting through Auckland airport. Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.

UUtente ospiteTLDR: no aircon, constant power cuts, paper thin walls.. Where do I start. First off there’s no aircon so the rooms are hot and uncomfortable. There are ducted low speed fans which don’t do much. But the biggest problem is the fact the rooms are on what I believe to be motion sensors or some kind of timers so ALL power turns off every 25 seconds, this is not an exaggeration. This includes the lights, jug, the fan - everything. I stubbed my toes in the dark because the lights turned off while I was walking around, and they wouldn’t turn back on. Showering in the dark due the lights constantly on and off. Good luck making a coffee, showering, watching TV or anything without that being interrupted by constant power cuts which drive you mad. I booked the small room. They look small in the photos but even smaller in person and I felt like I was suffocating, the rooms are tiny so heat up like crazy. The smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Also the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbours conversations word for word.. even with ear plugs. If there was air con and sound proof walls, I could have put up with the extremely small space. Terrible experience. Don’t even bother with this place. The Abstract had a lot of potential as they have decorated it very nicely but they have let themselves down. It is also in a dangerous area of Auckland central so you will want to make sure you are back in your room by dark, lots of drunk homeless people around. After my first night of zero sleep due to the heat, stuffiness and neighbours chatting, I complained and had my room kindly upgraded to a larger one, but the same issues remained of constant power cuts and no air con in that room too. At least it was a bit cooler due to being larger and an extra window, also had no neighbours.. The customer service was pretty good. There is no parking on site so you have to park in a carpark building across the road. The food in the restaurant was average but has a beautiful outdoor dining area which was the highlight.

La catena Swiss è già un biglietto da visita eccezionale ma qui sono stata davvero bene! Suite molto grandi, panoramiche ,arredate in stile moderno, pulitissime, fornite di tutto e con letti comodissimi. Matthias il direttore generale sempre presente, gentilissimo come tutto lo staff. Bar essenziale comodissimo unito alla reception. Che dire la ciliegina sulla torta alla fine del nostro viaggio nella stupenda Nuova Zelanda. Dimenticavo! è un hotel pet-friendly per tutti coloro che desiderano venire con il proprio animaletto peloso. Grazie di cuore! I stayed in this luxury suite hotel located in downtown Auckland. Strategic position also for visiting the city without a car. The Swiss chain is already an exceptional business card but I really enjoyed it here! Very large, panoramic suites, furnished in a modern style, spotless, equipped with everything and with very comfortable beds. Matthias the general manager always present, very kind as all the staff. Very comfortable basic bar joined to the reception. What about the icing on the cake at the end of our trip to beautiful New Zealand. I forgot! is a pet-friendly hotel for all those who wish to come with their furry pet. Thank you so much!

Il soggiorno è un diverso luogo dove il luogo è come un soggiorno in casa in bulit in zona altre case intorno. Le strade e le case sono pulite tempestive e tranquille. Abbiamo condiviso una bella cucina e, se siete in piedi, abbiamo avuto un piccolo spazio per fare caffè e tè e una sala per rilassarsi.Abbiamo pianificato attività a Auckland per il nostro tempo, e è stato bello tornare a una comoda camera e casa. Raccomanderò il soggiorno agli altri e rimarrò grazie.I nostri figli amavano il posto.
Ho dato 3 per la posizione è in zona costruita e 3 per il servizio, non abbiamo visto nessuno durante il tempo fuori doveva chiamare per aiuto. ma la linea era occupata. È ancora ok posto per rimanere.

La pulizia è davvero buona, l'unica cosa sarebbe che, perché non ci sono finestre nella stanza, c'è un odore di meraviglia ogni volta che entrate, dopo essere venuti dall'esterno. Il servizio sarebbe un settore per il miglioramento delle conoscenze. Quando firmai il contratto di camera, chiedevo alle receptionist le domande su come fare il checkout precoce e su cosa è il servizio di turndown ma lei ha detto che non sapeva molto sul contratto e non ci ha consigliato di ottenere una “2a chiave” che abbiamo bisogno per Scarica un app per accedere alle nostre camere, perché dovevamo usare la chiave che ci fu data per accedere alla stanza. Anche le funzioni sulla nostra TV non funzionavano, quindi abbiamo chiamato il ricevitore e ha detto che dovrebbe essere lì, ma l'opzione HDMI non era mostrata. Quindi ha finito la nostra chiamata telefonica con io non so, non possiamo aiutarvi con questo, non abbiamo un tecnico.

This property has much to offer but let's themselves down on the smaller details. Rooms were huge and well appointed, quiet, great off street parking and extremely comfortable. However many items were not overly clean, outdoor area littered, window sills, oven, microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery needed attention. Before daring to eat off crockery or drink from glasses (that were filthy) we had to clean, they were unhygienic. Oven had leftovers on the base, microwave had splatter from previous guests and fridge was not clean. Given COVID I would have expected a much higher level of cleaning however they have obviously relied on previous guests to clean sufficiently, this was not the case. However when we addressed with cleaning staff they were lovely and accommodating and cleaned window sills. We arrived at 1700hrs we had anticipated an earlier arrival but due to flight delays we were a few hours later (reception open until 1900hrs so we were not concerned) however was closed. We called the number on the door and were given a lockbox number, keys retrieved to room but they had not been allocated and we could not access. Thankfully another couple had already called reception and they were en-route so this problem was solved quickly. Also staff advised that we had been inadvertently charged twice and refund was in process however 7 days later no refund for over-charge has been processed. This is a great property, cleaning ladies were lovely but Management just need to get the basics right. Reception should be available as stated, rooms and amenities should be cleaned and outdoor areas need attention. I would stay here again and I can recommend but please Management address the issues we have raised. This will elevate your property rating considerably with little effort. I would have liked to address these issues directly with Management however as we were busy and office often closed, we did not have the opportunity to address directly when we were in residence.
