Auckland: hotel popolari con vista mare, trova i prezzi più bassi

After 20 hours of traveling we missed our connecting flight and had to find accommodation for the night. The Jet Park Hotel staff took our call and made things easy including arranging for the shuttle to come to the airport to collect us. Our room was lovely with huge, comfortable beds, a refreshing shower and yummy meals from room service we couldn't of ended a stressful day better. Would not hesitate to use again as nothing was a problem with the staff and the room was relaxing, clean and peaceful.

Non mi aspettavo molto per questo grande hotel in catena, ma mi sorprendevo. La stanza era in regola, il panorama del mare era fantastico, meglio del mio soggiorno dopo l'isola di North Island. La prima notte, anche se c'era una grande navetta che guardava il paesaggio, ma non ho mai visto una nave così grande prima, quindi mi sento molto interessante.Quando la nave si è spostata, la bella vista del porto è venuta.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È molto vicino al porto, alla strada commerciale ea Central Park. È molto comodo andare ovunque. Le camere sono in ottime condizioni e molto pulite. Dotato di un set completo di stoviglie, è molto comodo.

Sofitel Auckland We arrived at Sofitel Auckland 2 days after the drive staying Auckland floods of 28 January 2023. The hotel had been heavily damaged and affected and was not operational. In spite of this we were received and offered sanctuary and shelter while the hotel staff followed some very well executed businesses continuity processes. We were met by Karim the concierge who invited us in sat us comfortably in the lounge and provided drinks while the assistant manage Lucy’s went about sorting out our repatriation to the JW Marriott. Stephen Gould the GM introduced himself to us and advised he had arranged a car to take us the the JW Marriott as the Sofitel was unserviceable. The staff were professional apologetic and polite. We had every confidence they had the situation under control. We felt very safe and comfortable. We finished our drinks and hopped in the car to leave. We felt very grateful for their professionalism and sorry for their suffering. We hope they get back online very soon. We will be back. Thank-you Stephen and Sofitel Auckland you made a stressful situation so much better while you were yourselves enduring a stressful situation.

Buono come sempre, tranne per il fatto che le strutture dei vecchi hotel in Nuova Zelanda sono relativamente obsolete ma il servizio è eccellente e il personale è molto entusiasta

Il vantaggio principale è la posizione, proprio fuori dalla principale zona commerciale di Queen Street, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle aree Viaduct e Britomart. Supermercati meno di cinque minuti a piedi, SkyCity appena in piedi, ecc. L'edificio stesso non è niente flash con una piccola zona di accoglienza e due piccoli ascensori. Ci siamo stati in un 2 dormitorio, 2 appartamento da bagno sul 7° piano e l'appartamento era molto confortevole e aveva abbastanza spazio per rilassarsi. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La piccola cucina aveva le basi necessarie per la colazione e preparare un pasto leggero e snack; una camera da bagno era un en suite fuori dalla camera principale, mentre l'altra era più grande e conteneva lavastoviglie e asciugatrice. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo sofferto dal rumore di costruzione in strada, che non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel, ma volevamo dormire con l'aria condizionata su di essa piuttosto che avere una finestra o una porta aperta. Il weekend era meno rumoroso, ma c'era ancora qualche costruzione.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived very early, so our room wasn't ready. They not only allowed us to store our luggage. They took it to our room went it was ready. So when we returned after exploring the city, all we had to do was check in and get our key. The room was an efficiency. While it had a kitchen, it was missing things such as pot holders and dish drainer. The bathroom and shower were a slip hazard, step up to the shower and no grab bars. Otherwise, the room was large and would have been comfortable for a long stay. They gave us only one key. The key is needed to keep the lights on. So if one of us went out, they had to leave the key, then call up to the room when they returned, because they need a key to run the elevator. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked for a second key. There is a convenience store across the street and lots of restaurants within a block or two.

Eravamo molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta di questo hotel. Andavamo a Hamilton e era molto facile andare in giro per il parco. L'hotel stesso era buono. Avevamo un appartamento in una camera da letto e era abbastanza spazioso. Il letto era comodo. La doccia era buona - mi piacciono le teste di doccia che sono regolabili e questo non era. Le strutture erano buone. Il personale era grande e devo menzionare Ola Siale che è andato sopra e oltre per ottenere il mio IPad di nuovo da me. L'ho lasciato in camera da letto per errore - ho chiamato non appena mi sono reso conto e ho potuto vedere che era lì - e lei ha organizzato di mandarlo a me e è arrivato in sicurezza - apprezzato davvero questo sforzo extra - grazie Ola!

Ho prenotato per due notti in un appartamento di una camera da letto e mi sono deluso dell'appartamento che mi è stato dato, come era al quinto piano, non vedo una grande vista di un edificio delirio e la stanza era molto stanca. Quando ho parlato di questo al bellissimo Eunice, alla ricezione, lei si scusò e mi ha offerto di parlare con il suo manager per trovarmi una stanza diversa. Non poteva aiutarmi per la mia prima notte, ma mi ha portato una selezione di buone cose per compensare. La mattina seguente mi è stato dato un appartamento grande sul 21° piano, che era pulito e tempestoso con una vista sorprendente. Vorrei ringraziare Eunice e il direttore del servizio Nithesh, che hanno entrambi fatto un passo in avanti e mi hanno fatto sentire così benvenuto e apprezzato. Le loro azioni hanno completamente cambiato la mia esperienza. Viaggio tutto il tempo e cercherò di ribook a Sebel Quay West dopo questa esperienza. Si trova in una grande posizione con diversi supermercati espressi vicino e naturalmente grandi shopping, il viaducto e così tanti grandi outlets/restauranti a piedi. La cucina è ben memorizzata e l'appartamento è spazioso con un lavandino separato, bagno ecc più il bonus aggiuntivo di un bagno e la doccia. Il loro caffè ”UP” offre un menu ampio per colazione/lunch. Ho soggiornato al Sebel sul viaducto prima e li consiglierei entrambi.

I booked out this morning from The Sebel Viaduct and it will be the last time I book out of here. I have stayed several times over the past years and this stay was a disappointment. For the room rate charged, some nights AUD$348.00 I expect a room that does not have a cracked sink, swollen door on the bathroom and tired paint with chips and marks. The room was clean and the cleaning staff do a great job sprucing up this tired old hotel. Add to this a fridge that did not work correctly so the milk I purchased went off before the expiry date it was a poor performance. I do agree with other reviews staff are friendly however more should be provided for the price. Add to that $38.00 a night parking and then want $40.00 for internet access which I did not pay as an Accor member but would have if not a member you have lost my patronage. Certainly not a silver rating, even room service stopped at 9;00pm so could not make use of that.
