**Review of Kiwi International Hotel, Auckland**
During my stay at the Kiwi International Hotel in Auckland, I was greeted by an unfriendly and cold reception from an island woman at the front desk. If it weren't for my pre-paid booking and the exhaustion from a long flight, I would have left immediately. Despite the unwelcoming start, the rooms were comfortable, though the windows were rattling and let in cold air. The hotel's location is quite central, just 100 meters from the lively nightlife of K'Rd and 200 meters from Uncle Man's, the best Malaysian restaurant in Auckland.

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto dopo che ho avuto una caduta e sono tornato all'hotel con sangue sulle mie mani. Purtroppo, dopo la caduta, volevo solo tornare a casa, quindi ho controllato solo dopo aver passato due delle mie cinque notti lì, ma purtroppo nessuna delle altre notti era rimborsabile. In generale, se non ti importa la posizione (che non mi piaceva solo perché ero una donna che viaggiava da sola), è un posto grande a un prezzo equo.

Stayed at Lylo for 3-4 days and it's probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. You check in on a device however there is a receptionist near in case you need anything. Il design è fantastico, così come le camere/spazi di lavoro comuni, è molto nuovo e ristrutturato al momento, quindi sembra davvero fantastico. Ci sono WiFi gratuita, una cucina comune e bagni su ogni piano. Il ristorante e il bar, si ottiene una carta per un drink gratuito! Ho soggiornato in una camera privata e in bagno condiviso, il pavimento era super pulito e tranquillo. La stanza stessa era bella e tedesca, ci mancavamo alcune cose come un bicchiere di rubino (non sapevamo che le camere venivano con uno finché non vedevamo qualcun altro sul nostro piano con uno). Penso che sarebbe stato bello se la stanza fosse venuta con una TV o una cassaforte, ma la stanza era grande per il prezzo così non si può lamentare troppo :) posizione è centrale e facile accesso a tutto all'interno della città.

The hotel is in a very good location, which is near the sky tower where you can take the air bus to or from Auckland airport. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The room is clean and with all that we need. The breakfast is very good, especially the croissant😋

Un hotel situato in centro a pochi passi dal porto e da altre attrazioni. È rimasto qui per due notti per riprendersi da un lungo volo prima di partire sulla nostra odyssey della Nuova Zelanda. Il check-in è efficiente e la nostra stanza era al 23° piano, che ha offerto una vista in tutta la città. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e il letto di grandezza re molto comodo. Il bagno era stato conservato con accessori di buona qualità e la doccia era potente e calda. Ideale. Tuttavia, eravamo vicini al sollevamento e il rumore che si era fatto disturbare alcuni. Hotel occupato e un hotel di base per la squadra aerea cinese. La dimensione della camera è decente e il letto è comodo. La custodia quotidiana sembrava essere un po ' lento probabilmente a causa di alta occupazione. Belli ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel. È bello se possono variare la distribuzione del colazione, la distribuzione è la stessa ogni giorno durante il mio soggiorno. Il caffè filtrato è offerto al colazione. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Rooms are slightly dated but wouldn’t take much to be a higher star of hotel. Gym facilities really good though different equipment to what is in the pictures. Breakfast really good value, would be good to see some healthier options of fruit too. Overall a really good stay and would stay here again

Il vantaggio principale è la posizione, proprio fuori dalla principale zona commerciale di Queen Street, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle aree Viaduct e Britomart. Supermercati meno di cinque minuti a piedi, SkyCity appena in piedi, ecc. L'edificio stesso non è niente flash con una piccola zona di accoglienza e due piccoli ascensori. Ci siamo stati in un 2 dormitorio, 2 appartamento da bagno sul 7° piano e l'appartamento era molto confortevole e aveva abbastanza spazio per rilassarsi. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La piccola cucina aveva le basi necessarie per la colazione e preparare un pasto leggero e snack; una camera da bagno era un en suite fuori dalla camera principale, mentre l'altra era più grande e conteneva lavastoviglie e asciugatrice. Sfortunatamente, abbiamo sofferto dal rumore di costruzione in strada, che non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel, ma volevamo dormire con l'aria condizionata su di essa piuttosto che avere una finestra o una porta aperta. Il weekend era meno rumoroso, ma c'era ancora qualche costruzione.

L'Holiday Inn Express è uno dei miei hotel preferiti durante il mio soggiorno in Nuova Zelanda 2-week. Situato nel cuore della zona cbd di Auckland e vicino a tutto (supposti, ristoranti, bar, porto). È un passo 6-minute alla Sky Tower dove si può prendere l'autobus Airport Express per $17 nzd. L'ingresso dell'hotel è in un inclinamento significativo. La reception è al secondo piano che si può prendere un ascensore o un escalatore. La caffetteria e il piccolo salone sono a destra del ricevimento. Il colazione è stato il solito uova scrambled, salsa, ham, toast, yogurt, cereali, frutta, muffin e altre pasticcerie. A causa del grande volume di clienti, le due macchine da caffè erano di solito basse sul latte per preparare alcune bevande da caffè.Amo la stanza. Il giardino è sul bagno e ha abbastanza spazio per il bagaglio. La doccia è chiusa in un cubo di vetro con disegni d'onda. Un luce notturna nella camera da bagno ha risparmiato energia se avete bisogno di un po' di luce per muoversi intorno alla stanza. Il letto era comodo e l'a/c ha funzionato. Il personale della reception mi ha fatto stare un'ora di più dopo l'ora di check-out per la stanza che avevo con la mia tour. La stanza che ho prenotato dopo la tour era pronta e mi sono resa a casa alle 11:00 prima della mia tour. La costruzione si sta verificando intorno all'hotel, con le strade in rovina e un nuovo edificio in costruzione vicino all'hotel.

We had a delicious lunch here to celebrate a birthday. It serves Asian fusion, and as the chef is Korean, I believe it has a lot of delicious Korean inspired dishes. We had the Grilled Prawns, Fried Chicken and Meat Balls. All served beautifully, the tastes a delicious explosion of flavors in the mouth, and so yummy, I could have kept on eating. The views are enormous!! So lovely - soaking up the sun, being served by a lovely friendly chatty waitress, and eating delicious food, with amazing views and eating yummy food with great company. We will be back.

Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.

Situazione dell'hotel in zona turistica e collegato a ******, così tante persone in quartiere con scelte di ristorante, bar e mini-mart che si apre fino a tardi.

UUtente ospiteTLDR: no aircon, constant power cuts, paper thin walls.. Where do I start. First off there’s no aircon so the rooms are hot and uncomfortable. There are ducted low speed fans which don’t do much. But the biggest problem is the fact the rooms are on what I believe to be motion sensors or some kind of timers so ALL power turns off every 25 seconds, this is not an exaggeration. This includes the lights, jug, the fan - everything. I stubbed my toes in the dark because the lights turned off while I was walking around, and they wouldn’t turn back on. Showering in the dark due the lights constantly on and off. Good luck making a coffee, showering, watching TV or anything without that being interrupted by constant power cuts which drive you mad. I booked the small room. They look small in the photos but even smaller in person and I felt like I was suffocating, the rooms are tiny so heat up like crazy. The smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Also the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbours conversations word for word.. even with ear plugs. If there was air con and sound proof walls, I could have put up with the extremely small space. Terrible experience. Don’t even bother with this place. The Abstract had a lot of potential as they have decorated it very nicely but they have let themselves down. It is also in a dangerous area of Auckland central so you will want to make sure you are back in your room by dark, lots of drunk homeless people around. After my first night of zero sleep due to the heat, stuffiness and neighbours chatting, I complained and had my room kindly upgraded to a larger one, but the same issues remained of constant power cuts and no air con in that room too. At least it was a bit cooler due to being larger and an extra window, also had no neighbours.. The customer service was pretty good. There is no parking on site so you have to park in a carpark building across the road. The food in the restaurant was average but has a beautiful outdoor dining area which was the highlight.

La catena Swiss è già un biglietto da visita eccezionale ma qui sono stata davvero bene! Suite molto grandi, panoramiche ,arredate in stile moderno, pulitissime, fornite di tutto e con letti comodissimi. Matthias il direttore generale sempre presente, gentilissimo come tutto lo staff. Bar essenziale comodissimo unito alla reception. Che dire la ciliegina sulla torta alla fine del nostro viaggio nella stupenda Nuova Zelanda. Dimenticavo! è un hotel pet-friendly per tutti coloro che desiderano venire con il proprio animaletto peloso. Grazie di cuore! I stayed in this luxury suite hotel located in downtown Auckland. Strategic position also for visiting the city without a car. The Swiss chain is already an exceptional business card but I really enjoyed it here! Very large, panoramic suites, furnished in a modern style, spotless, equipped with everything and with very comfortable beds. Matthias the general manager always present, very kind as all the staff. Very comfortable basic bar joined to the reception. What about the icing on the cake at the end of our trip to beautiful New Zealand. La pulizia è davvero buona, l'unica cosa sarebbe che, perché non ci sono finestre nella stanza, c'è un odore di meraviglia ogni volta che entrate, dopo essere venuti dall'esterno. Il servizio sarebbe un settore per il miglioramento delle conoscenze. Quando firmai il contratto di camera, chiedevo alle receptionist le domande su come fare il checkout precoce e su cosa è il servizio di turndown ma lei ha detto che non sapeva molto sul contratto e non ci ha consigliato di ottenere una “2a chiave” che abbiamo bisogno per Scarica un app per accedere alle nostre camere, perché dovevamo usare la chiave che ci fu data per accedere alla stanza. Anche le funzioni sulla nostra TV non funzionavano, quindi abbiamo chiamato il ricevitore e ha detto che dovrebbe essere lì, ma l'opzione HDMI non era mostrata. Quindi ha finito la nostra chiamata telefonica con io non so, non possiamo aiutarvi con questo, non abbiamo un tecnico.

Al momento del check-in è richiesto un deposito di 150 yuan. Quando scorri la tua carta di credito, ti viene chiesto se vuoi spendere o preautorizzare.
Check out per confermare che non c'è alcuna detrazione per perdite e nessun rimborso sarà visto dopo cinque giorni, chiama per chiedere, dicendo che l'operazione è fallita durante il rimborso e chiedimi se ho un'altra carta
