Perfect location 5 min walk to the beach and Browns Bay village. Modern private room with a Queen bed, office desk and a TV. Outside the room is a sharing area if there is another guest at the time with a living area, mini kitchenette, bathroom/toilet and a big private deck. So can feel very private down that end of the house. In the other end of the house is a sharing Kitchen, Laundry, Dinning, Lounge, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in a tropical garden as well a bbq area that you are welcome to use at any time. That same end of the house we will be another three people staying. A very nice helpful mature guy, my working son and myself. House is large.Perfect location close to the 2 beaches, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. 10 min drive to Albany mall and 20 min to Auckland city.Many activities nearby like bush walks, vineyards, golf etc.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Extra cost per child $50.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.

La posizione è perfetta, situato nel cuore del centro della città, a 1 min a piedi dal più vicino conteggio/woolworth. È meglio per il viaggiatore prima gamba in Nuova Zelanda. C'è un grande spazio comune, si incontra un sacco di bagagli che si può scambiare informazioni. Molto raccomandato. L'unica cosa breve è che l'acqua nel doccia è troppo bassa, è come l'acqua spray su di voi.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti all' Hotel President al check in alle 14,00 ci dicono che la camera che era a noi destinata non era ancora pronta su nostra insistenza il manager decide di proporci di aspettare ancora 40min per avere la camera o deve darcene un'altra dello stesso tipo ma ad un piano piú basso accettiamo il cambio. Altro problema è stata la pulizia giornaliera che per ammissione del personale di front office viene fatta ogni 3gg e così è stato abbiamo ottenuto solo il cambio degli asciugamani dovendoli chiedere più volte.....per il resto colazione sufficiente e location perfetta

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

Sky tower locates in the CBD, where you get access to any tourism sites. No need to take bus or train to shopping area. The car parking service is great which saves us a lot of budget.

Мне очень понравился отель! У меня был шикарный номер со стиральной машиной, кухней, большой кроватью, рабочим местом и видом на башню. При заселении попросили 500 $ депозит. Немного неожиданно большой, но при выселении вернули. На кухне отличная новая техника. Я с большим удовольствием пользовался духовкой. Есть проблемы с интернетом. Не подключается, падает подключение с ошибкой. Надо много раз пытаться подключиться снова. Раза с 5го подключается. На пульте климат контроля можно установить любую температуру, но если ставишь 23-24 градусов, то не сразу начинает греть, а спустя минут 5-10. Удобное офисное кресло. Можно посидеть поработать за столом. Мне разрешили чуть раньше заселиться и выселиться ночью тоже можно было так как стойка регистрации круглосуточная. Есть ресторан с завтраками со шведским столом.

L'hotel è tutto quello che serve a Auckland.Abbiamo prenotato una suite monocamera, con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che può adattarci 3 bene. Ci sono abbastanza strutture per i viaggiatori all'estero da lavare/siccare, microonde, forno, frigorifero, forno, forno, cucina, tavolo da pranzo. Il personale è utile e si può usare ogni volta che la fitness è gratuita (non l'abbiamo usata). Distanza da camminare a 24/7 negozio, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland. Gli unici svantaggi per noi sono la doccia calda instabile e l'aria con è un po'spinoso, ma durante il nostro soggiorno è abbastanza freddo che non abbiamo bisogno di Aircon. Torneremo qui se viaggiamo a Auckland.

This hotel sits almost next to the Sky City and Sky Towers and very close to the airport bus stops but is a long walk towards the harbour. So it depends what your intention was. Other than that we didn't use any of the facilities or breakfast so there is not much to comment on their qualities. The check in was a bit of slow as the staff seemed too distracted by a chatty customer in front of us to clear the queue first.

Double studio room is relatively small. Sound proofing a bit bad. Bed also very small. Key card reader a bit problematic. Hard to detect. But the location is good, very close to queenstreet. Less than 1 minute walk. The major cons is the car park is not complimentary. Need to pay NZD30.00 for overnight parking which I think quite expensive.

Awesome location in the central, few minutes walk from sky tower, supermarkets, Viator harbour. Rooms are spacious, clean and helpful reception. Yg was a helpful reception. Safe and clean place. Coffee, hot chocolate and varieties of teas are provided in the room. Good job!! Wish they could provided pair of room slippers.
