We had a good room this time. Previously, we had a room on level one. It was more like a dungeon. This time we requested a room on a higher level and got one on level nine. Much, much better. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was included in the room price. Unfortunately, they don't do cooked breakfast anymore. We only found this out on our arrival. The contintal breakfast is very basic and not woth paying for. Be warned, the car park costs an additional $35 a night, you have to request a space but it is not guaranteed. I'd still say it's good value for money for a one night stay.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

Sky tower locates in the CBD, where you get access to any tourism sites. No need to take bus or train to shopping area. The car parking service is great which saves us a lot of budget.

У меня был шикарный номер со стиральной машиной, кухней, большой кроватью, рабочим местом и видом на башню.
При заселении попросили 500 $ депозит. Немного неожиданно большой, но при выселении вернули.
На кухне отличная новая техника. Я с большим удовольствием пользовался духовкой.
Есть проблемы с интернетом. Не подключается, падает подключение с ошибкой. Надо много раз пытаться подключиться снова. Раза с 5го подключается.
На пульте климат контроля можно установить любую температуру, но если ставишь 23-24 градусов, то не сразу начинает греть, а спустя минут 5-10.
Удобное офисное кресло. Можно посидеть поработать за столом.
Мне разрешили чуть раньше заселиться и выселиться ночью тоже можно было так как стойка регистрации круглосуточная.
Есть ресторан с завтраками со шведским столом.

Hotel Reception Office staff member, she was very professional and friendly, her service was excellent, it made me very comfortable and welcoming thank you for your service greatly appreciated, perfect location and the room was very clean and comfortable/pleasant for my 1 night stay.

Stanza meravigliosa. Molto bella camera con letti confortevoli e un grande scrivania in vetro. Il personale era tutti amichevole e utile. Colazione molto buona. Posizione è grande. 10-15 minuti a piedi al porto, 5 minuti a piedi alla Sky Tower. Molti ristoranti e negozi a piedi da un minuto a 5 minuti dall'hotel

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Auckland CBD, close to everything. No complaints about the service either. However the hot plate stoves did not work but we didn’t complain about it as we were not intending to use it anyway. The only complaint is that there was a faint odor of either cigarette or vape that you only noticed when ever you first entered the room. We thought we could live with it but it somehow did affect our sleep.

It could have been a good stay with its magnificent location, direct access to Queen's street and good value for money. L'igiene della stanza era di fatto standard, ma un giorno, quando tornai in camera nostra, ho trovato i miei pigiama che erano lasciati sul letto gettati sul pavimento dopo il servizio di manutenzione della casa. Probabilmente il custode fa questo quando fa il letto, ma questa volta dimentica di mettere indietro.
