環境太太太好了，餐廳東西非常好吃，十分推薦

同事住過的感覺很好推薦給我！這個模式的旅館我第一次居住，首先位置在市中心交通特別方便！出門口就有大超市！到附近的有名的古老建築和網紅景點地標天空塔都是幾分鐘和十多分鐘的時間，最方便的是有一層是廚房！可以自己去超市買回來煮自己想吃的食物！我想説這是我一個人去奧克蘭最滿意適合的體會！下次來還要住這裏

Room 101 was out through the first floor fire exit door, which led down to the car park. We couldn't have the curtains open because the windows overlooked another multi storied carpark and even if we did there was not a lot of natural light coming in. We couldn't have the window open because of the outside noise which went on until gone 7pm and started up again at 4.15 am making sleep almost impossible. The main room was compact and tidy but the toilet cum shower room was tiny and cramped. The bed was comfortable though. I would recommend asking for a room on the upper levels.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

The best thing is the location. Very central in Cbd. Same place to go to the Sky Tower. A short walk to the harbour and easy walk to Queen Street, our main walkaround area.

Such a great place to stay. You get a whole apartment for yourself with a kitchenette and washing machine. Great view of the sky tower and well equipped accommodation in the very center of the city. Such a great experience.

Stanza meravigliosa. Molto bella camera con letti confortevoli e un grande scrivania in vetro. Il personale era tutti amichevole e utile. Colazione molto buona. Posizione è grande. 10-15 minuti a piedi al porto, 5 minuti a piedi alla Sky Tower. Molti ristoranti e negozi a piedi da un minuto a 5 minuti dall'hotel

Budget is a key word for this hotel. More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers). On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room. Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends. Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.
