The location is fantastic and close to shops and eateries. Complimentary coffee was nice & appreciated the microwave, plates and cutlery etc. Staff very friendly. The airport shuttle bus comes to the Ibis for door to door pickups with only NZD 6/pp. I would definitely suggest dining in the fantastic restaurant next door - Szimpla. Always busy, but just relax, the food is worth it.

Awesome stay, We stayed there 2 nights 2 adults and 2 children stayed there, The place was clean smelled nice. Awesome furnishings. There were other quest in the place but you would not know. The stay is a different set up where the place was like homestay in bulit up area other homes around. The streets and homes are clean tidy and quiet. We shared lovely kitchen and if you are upstairs we had out own little area to make coffee and tea and a lounge to relax. We planned activities in Auckland for our time there, and it was nice get back to a comfortable room and home. I would recommend the stay to others and would stay again Thankyou. Our children loved the place. I gave 3 for location it is in built up area and 3 for service, we saw no one during out time there had to ring for help. but the line was busy. Still ok place to stay.

Perche'voglia andare al centro commerciale di Newmarket.Quindi ho scelto questo hotel.L'aereo di notte.Solo al mattino è arrivato ad Oakland.Il risultato è che non è un hotel comune.Non c'è personale di notte.Devi trovare una risposta attraverso la porta e non so chi parlare. Non riesco a trovare il mio nome.Ma chiaramente ho ordinato a Trip.E'stato consegnato.E'stato ridotto quarant'anni per ottenere la carta di camera sotto la macchina di risposta.Non ho dormito molto.Probabilmente alle sei del mattino sono svegliati dall'orologio sul letto.Non sono stato io a fissare l'orologio! L'hotel è troppo irresponsabile.Non ho cancellato l'orologio impostato dall'ex!Poi sono difficile dormire.E'difficile dormire e'stato svegliato dal telefono per poco tempo.Dicono che dovrei andarmene.Sono qui alle dieci e mezzo!E'vero che le mutandine sono veramente gonfie. Ho prenotato una grande camera da letto.I risultati hanno scoperto che sono due piccoli letti!E'un hotel meraviglioso in tutto il mondo.Ci sono panini e microonde e quasi tutti i piatti nella stanza.C'è una piccola piscina e un ascensore.Dovrebbe essere fatto per la gente.E un po'di cibo. Queste sono altre caratteristiche.

Nice appearing bathrooms but the doors open in awkward ways. Standard room is very small so the buy up for the bigger room is worth it. Staff was especially nice, good wine in the bar, French press coffee in the room is lovely. Easy location to things in the CBD, quiet in spite of business around it. Although breakfast was large in quantity, flavor was lacking for such gourmet food. Fair price and they deliver a nice boutique experience. There is no library!! It is adjoining the bar now so you can still sit there unobtrusively.

E' del tutto deluso che ci siamo fermati qui per due notti. Questa struttura è anche denominata ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Hotel” e ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Backpackers”, i Backpackers sono ora trasformati in ”Apartments di studio di primo grado”. Quando arrivammo alla ricezione, la signora ha detto che aveva debitato la carta solo per la prima notte, dovevamo pagare per la seconda notte quando usciamo. Il nostro 'Primer Studio Apartment' era chiaramente una ex bagagliaio, La nostra vista sul prato era di 2 mt di erba immognata che guardava direttamente nelle stanze di fronte a noi. La stanza era abbastanza pulita ma estremamente sotto attrezzata. Avevamo prenotato per 3 persone, avevamo 2 tovaglie, 2 vestiti di faccia, nessun tovagliolo, Dopo la terza richiesta di questi articoli abbiamo finalmente ricevuto due vestiti di faccia da usare come tovagliolo e dischi, ehw! La cucina aveva 1 forno, 1 limone di tè, 3 coltelli e grandi limoni, 1 vetro, Nessuno occhiali di vino. Coppe e piastre strane di diverse dimensioni. C'era una microonde e piastre calde, ma non c'erano altri utensili, oltre a quelli menzionati. Nessuna tavola di ghiaccio. Nessun coathanger. La luce del bagno fluttuava costantemente, c'era rubinetto sotto i letti, e dopo un'ulteriore ispezione, l'allarme antincendio non conteneva una batteria. (illegale) Quando si è verificato, si diceva che il nostro conto era stato risolto. L'ispezione del conto bancario ha dimostrato che la nostra 2a notte è stata detratta due ore dopo che abbiamo controllato e un extra $4.50 è stato preso. Chiesto sulla finestra di chat (come abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno perché nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono) e è stato rie-mail, dichiarando che questo costo aggiuntivo era dovuto a Visa. Non rimarrei qui.

All you need after a long day’s travelling. Quiet clean and relaxing. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, my room was super spacious and had good black out curtains witch was a must after travelling from the uk suffering with jet lag! Would recommend to anyone travelling to nz

We recently stayed in the deluxe two bedroom family apartment (#31 upstairs & #21 downstairs), before & after our trip to Rarotonga. We were a group of 2 couples. Parking was right outside our room which was fantastic. Indicate a downstairs room if you do not want to carry your bags up the stairs. Rooms were great & all that we needed, with 2 separate bedrooms & a large enough kitchen/dining area & bathroom. TV, aircon's, & free wifi were all operational at the time of our stay. Room cleanliness I would rate a 3.5 out of 5 (our room was not dirty as many past reviews have indicated - some historical staining & tired areas contributed to a lower score). I will give the owners a few suggested tweaks & feedback directly to them in a separate email. To have free secure carparking while we were away & free shuttle service to/from the airport was bonus & fantastic!! You will need to load your own bags onto the shuttle trailer ~600mm off the ground, but if you are not prepared to lift your own bags then you should not pack a heavy bag & expect someone else to injure their back lifting it. We had an amazing Indian dinner delivered to our door the first night from Indian Express at 149 D Kirkbride Rd (menu's are in the rooms), pay over the phone or upon delivery. We also checked out the Post Office Public House only a few minutes from the Airport Lodge at 55 Montgomerie Rd for lunch - which was fabulous!! We would stay again & recommend as a good value option for a group, considering room configuration, service available & proximity to the airport.

Ho cercato di cancellare la mia prenotazione dopo aver letto le recensioni, ma non mi hanno lasciato, ma il giorno del mio volo era molto soleggiato e mi sono divertito a fare il viaggio attraverso Auckland e a prendere la navetta a Devonport. Il pranzo era un po' troppo costoso, ma in tutto questo era un buon modo per passare un lungo periodo in Auckland.
