unable to get pick up or drop off location for major tours but still conveniently located with good size. interestingly no bin bag for the one small sized bin in the washroom. not sure if it's part of the environmental policy

Awesome stay for my family and I in one of the quad rooms. While it was lerfect for one night, would recommend a unit with a kitchen for longer stays if travelling with small kids (to be able to clean baby bottles, etc.).

This nicely hotel located near the Auckland Sky Tower. Fast check in from the friendly reception staff and give me a room with the view of the tower….A big Thanks.The room is clean and with lots of amenities like a very nice smell cleaning shampoo, body, fast wifi access, hair dryer and many more.

Room was clean and tidy. You are to see recent release movie on their TV. Location is near to city centre.

離天空塔蠻近的，離機場大巴終點站也蠻近的。樓下有餐廳，雖然不帶早，但是飯點人很多很熱鬧，估計餐飲不錯。房間綠色的風格，很舒適，唯一不足的是淋浴房擋板就一塊玻璃，沐浴時水會灑到外面地板。可能入住是冬天，沒有送瓶裝水。總體不錯。

這個品牌的酒店是我住過唯一一個會在房間和公共廁所放置衞生棉的酒店。對女性來説很友好，也是唯一在退房後主動發郵件詢問我丟在房間的衣物怎麼處理的。然後對面有很多餐廳，酒店一樓的餐廳可以點餐送到房間也非常方便。

房間面積不大、床大睡着還是蠻舒服的，衞生間還是可以的、整個房間屬於乾淨整潔、簡單設施、人性化做的還是比較好，用電插座分佈廣。餐廳、客房、前台整體服務很好。

早餐也還豐富，位置也很便利，服務也很好，房間偏小，電梯方便，可以在酒店點用午餐和晚餐，有行李寄存服務，入住每個房間要刷1元保證金，退房時候返回！
