We were absolutely spoilt by the weather which was crisp clear days for our entire stay but it is a lovely place to stay - I just wish I had brought some binoculars to watch all the birdlife. We stayed in a Tui villa which had a lovely deck facing north-east over the garden, so it was sunny and warm for most of the day. The villa was the perfect size for the two of us, with a generous sized bathroom and the most comfortable bed. The complimentary bottle of JOY Methode went down an absolute treat on the first afternoon - especially as we weren't expecting the wine. Will definitely be returning

Good basic accommodation, a little on the tired side but roomy and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. Only disappointment was the food. Don't advertise what you can't deliver. I ordered mini pavlova with fresh cream filled with berry compote. I got a store bought meringue with cream from a can that slowly dissipated into a watery nothing. No compote inside ”pavlova” but there was some on my plate so that's fine and then to top it off a weird watery strawberry that either had been frozen then thawed or else came from a can . It was more brown than red. Yeah... you can tell I was upset by my dessert. Everything else you got what you paid for. I was just expecting more for my $14.50 dessert that's all.

Great place to stay. Cannot fault the room - studio with good bed and good bathroom. The small cooking area is nice to have but you dont reallty need it - there are lots of places to eat minutes away. The spa pools are good to use even in winter . Room had a good table/desk for some work. Reception staff were charming.

Stayed at Northridge following a memorial service we held there. Our room upstairs was clean and comfortable, and in a lovely setting. The staff were very helpful in providing assistance with our memorial service, and Soli was most helpful with suggestions and guidance for our service. We had breakfast on site and it was lovely. Overall a great experience and would recommend Northridge for the lovely country experience.

We stayed a night before a trip and overnight on Tiritiri Matangi. Even before we arrived we felt valued customers as we were call to confirm arrival details. Beautiful room (upgraded from our original booking), spotlessly clean room with many thoughtful touches that went the ‘extra mile’. Owner went out of their way to get us access to plug in our EV (ICE car parked in EV park ☹️). Owner’s also gave us ideas for morning walk and the wonder coffee cart at little Manly from 6am.

Nice accommodation in Auckland‘s North / Albany. Quiet area with two alpacas. The kitchen is well equipped, property well maintained and the double bed room was spacious. Staff could barely speak English and you could easily hear the neighbours through the walls. The building‘s quality seems cheap. Would recommend it for a shorter stay, therefore.

Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.

Questa struttura è anche denominata ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Hotel” e ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Backpackers”, i Backpackers sono ora trasformati in ”Apartments di studio di primo grado”. Quando arrivammo alla ricezione, la signora ha detto che aveva debitato la carta solo per la prima notte, dovevamo pagare per la seconda notte quando usciamo. Il nostro 'Primer Studio Apartment' era chiaramente una ex bagagliaio, La nostra vista sul prato era di 2 mt di erba immognata che guardava direttamente nelle stanze di fronte a noi. La stanza era abbastanza pulita ma estremamente sotto attrezzata. Avevamo prenotato per 3 persone, avevamo 2 tovaglie, 2 vestiti di faccia, nessun tovagliolo, Dopo la terza richiesta di questi articoli abbiamo finalmente ricevuto due vestiti di faccia da usare come tovagliolo e dischi, ehw! La cucina aveva 1 forno, 1 limone di tè, 3 coltelli e grandi limoni, 1 vetro, Nessuno occhiali di vino. Coppe e piastre strane di diverse dimensioni. C'era una microonde e piastre calde, ma non c'erano altri utensili, oltre a quelli menzionati. Nessuna tavola di ghiaccio. Nessun coathanger. La luce del bagno fluttuava costantemente, c'era rubinetto sotto i letti, e dopo un'ulteriore ispezione, l'allarme antincendio non conteneva una batteria. (illegale) Quando si è verificato, si diceva che il nostro conto era stato risolto. L'ispezione del conto bancario ha dimostrato che la nostra 2a notte è stata detratta due ore dopo che abbiamo controllato e un extra $4.50 è stato preso. Chiesto sulla finestra di chat (come abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno perché nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono) e è stato rie-mail, dichiarando che questo costo aggiuntivo era dovuto a Visa. Non rimarrei qui.

La catena Swiss è già un biglietto da visita eccezionale ma qui sono stata davvero bene! Suite molto grandi, panoramiche ,arredate in stile moderno, pulitissime, fornite di tutto e con letti comodissimi. Matthias il direttore generale sempre presente, gentilissimo come tutto lo staff. Bar essenziale comodissimo unito alla reception. Che dire la ciliegina sulla torta alla fine del nostro viaggio nella stupenda Nuova Zelanda. Dimenticavo! è un hotel pet-friendly per tutti coloro che desiderano venire con il proprio animaletto peloso. Grazie di cuore! I stayed in this luxury suite hotel located in downtown Auckland. Strategic position also for visiting the city without a car. The Swiss chain is already an exceptional business card but I really enjoyed it here! Very large, panoramic suites, furnished in a modern style, spotless, equipped with everything and with very comfortable beds. Matthias the general manager always present, very kind as all the staff. Very comfortable basic bar joined to the reception. What about the icing on the cake at the end of our trip to beautiful New Zealand. I forgot! is a pet-friendly hotel for all those who wish to come with their furry pet. Thank you so much!

This property has much to offer but let's themselves down on the smaller details. Rooms were huge and well appointed, quiet, great off street parking and extremely comfortable. However many items were not overly clean, outdoor area littered, window sills, oven, microwave, fridge and crockery/cutlery needed attention. Before daring to eat off crockery or drink from glasses (that were filthy) we had to clean, they were unhygienic. Oven had leftovers on the base, microwave had splatter from previous guests and fridge was not clean. Given COVID I would have expected a much higher level of cleaning however they have obviously relied on previous guests to clean sufficiently, this was not the case. However when we addressed with cleaning staff they were lovely and accommodating and cleaned window sills. We arrived at 1700hrs we had anticipated an earlier arrival but due to flight delays we were a few hours later (reception open until 1900hrs so we were not concerned) however was closed. We called the number on the door and were given a lockbox number, keys retrieved to room but they had not been allocated and we could not access. Thankfully another couple had already called reception and they were en-route so this problem was solved quickly. Also staff advised that we had been inadvertently charged twice and refund was in process however 7 days later no refund for over-charge has been processed. This is a great property, cleaning ladies were lovely but Management just need to get the basics right. Reception should be available as stated, rooms and amenities should be cleaned and outdoor areas need attention. I would stay here again and I can recommend but please Management address the issues we have raised. This will elevate your property rating considerably with little effort. I would have liked to address these issues directly with Management however as we were busy and office often closed, we did not have the opportunity to address directly when we were in residence.
