Kiwi International Hotel

酒店的服務不是很耐心。也不熱情友好。但是酒店是新裝修的，除了房間和洗手間小了一點，也算對得起這個價格了。大唐的圖片是天空塔skycity酒店拍攝的。有錢，還是要對自己好一點。。。

市内にありアクセスは良いが、急な坂の途中にあるため、徒歩で大きな荷物を自分で運ぶ際や、ハーバー側（坂の下）からのアクセスする際は、かなりいい運動になる。 古いホテルではあるが、清掃は比較的行き届いている。 廊下や隣の部屋の音・声が部屋の中までよく通ること、夜中にホテル周囲が賑やかな事があるため、静かな施設を希望する方にはあまりオススメしない。

The staff were all great. They were pleasant, helpful and always answered questions concisely. The hotel itself is very dated. The main door to our room had a large gap beneath it, meaning that noises from the corridor were louder than expected. The basin in the bathroom was also very small which I personally wasn’t keen on. But everything worked. I was grateful that there is a laundry room with washers and dryers for guests to use.

Central, nice and tidy! Really liked the water heater in the room.

Near to the airport. Large car parking space.

The location is excellent for the queen street and easy to access CBD Auckland, the room is ok for short trip. But have to close the window to prevent insect. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel is in terrible condition

Overall, it was pretty good and very cost effective. Helpful staff. • Luggage storage room available. Laundry service avail on site (4 bucks for washing machine, 4 bucks for dryer & 2 bucks for washing powder), Ironing service was free of charge. • Toothbrush & Toothpaste were available upon purchase @ the reception. Hot water, box fan, kettle, small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, clean towel, soap, shampoo were all avail. The first two nights I stayed, I had to use a shared bathroom, however, it was very clean. After that I extended my stay where I was moved to another room which included a bathroom. Also, perfect location as it is situated on the busiest street in the city centre where you'll find a lot of restaurants & shops nearby even supermarkets. * The down part was that it gets very noisy at night, you could hear the traffic & people on the street screaming. Plus, the mattress wasn't in its best shape.

The location is perfect because it will only take me 10 minutes to walk to the Harbour. There are many great restaurants nearby that do not close until 12-1 am. The annoying part is that you must use a key to get to the common bathroom, but I get it. There's room service every day to replace my towel and clean my trash can, and I was surprised that they do that. The funny thing is that they ask you for an 800NZD deposit, but you can use your credit card; for those who don't have one, it would be annoying. Overall, I wouldn't mind to stay here again if I come back for a visit.
