La posizione era buona se stai cercando di rimanere vicino a Worcester per un prezzo economico. Una sorta di camera che puzza strano, tuttavia. Non avevo il colazione per cui non posso parlare a questo. Probabilmente non sarebbe tornato.

Hello my name is Jonathan my wife and I checked in to Marriott Auburn Massachusetts under emergency circumstances where I could not find either a handicapped apartment or home to lease for my wife and myself we paid all the pocket over a 9-month period over $32,000 from the day we checked in I was not sure how long we were going to be there because that depended upon us finding housing for my wife who has mobility difficulties upon checking in I asked the hotel about the Marriott points that would entire the last two a free night over 9 months I gave them $32,000 and never received even one free night upon talking with another couple who was staying there for a similar situation they had only been there a little over 3 months and when they told me they had received 15 free nights or more at that point I went in to speak with the manager it ended up where we were evicted after giving them over $32,000 and never even receiving one free night the other couple who the gentleman was a black man and his fiance who was pregnant with wife were also forced out of the hotel by the hotel in local police which was a fracture of their civil rights as a couple legally the police did not have the authority to remove them nevertheless they did the state police did not defend this couple nor the local police could never get a complaint into corporate they just did not seem to care I am writing this review to let you know that I would never recommend Marriott for anything the manager of that particular hotel treated both me and my wife and that of a couple in a way that should be criminal

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating based on Carmen's welcome and service at the front desk alone. We booked a king suite, last minute booking and hotel was quite full. Room had all the appearances of a post covid hotel room. Armoire, not a closet; wall mounted toiletries (dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash), no hand soap, no lotion or kleenex. In fairness. I didn't ask the desk although they do offer this option.Excellent wifi, iron, ironing board, microwave and fridge in our room. Small exercise room open but not ”spa” area. Breakfast starts at 7 and behind closed doors so dont go early. Usual offerings but fresh and plentiful. Coffee station outside which you can access before 7. When ou exit the hotel, walk down the ”hill” turn right and walk on the sidewalk under the overpass you'll find Bentley's Pub. Nice walking distance (5 minutes) , great service and generous, wholesome food.

Questa giornata è stata confortevole. Il personale era molto gentile gentile. Il posto era molto pulito e la posizione era perfetta. Molti ottimi ristoranti in giro con ottimo cibo. La posizione facile da raggiungere era in centro. Tutto era facile da raggiungere.

Sono rimasto nel Hampton Inn per la sua vicinanza al mio ufficio medico, era previsto di neve e la nomina del mio medico era assolutamente necessaria per ricevere la mia infusione di medicina in programma nonostante la neve prevista. Il servizio che ho ricevuto è stato buono, anche se ha cominciato con qualche confusione sul mio conto. La mia prenotazione è stata prepagata, ma ci è voluto un po' per trovare queste informazioni nel sistema informatico dell'hotel. Ho avuto una serata tranquilla e sono stato nominato in mattinata senza incidenti, e per questo sono grato. In primo luogo, non c'era acqua di complimentazione in ogni piano. Mi dispiaceva della condizione insoddisfacente del frigorifero e non c'era nessuna contenitore di riciclaggio nella mia stanza. Non c'era né maniglia né bar sulla porta del doccia per aprire la porta dopo la doccia, e non c'era posto dove mettermi la tovagliola a posto nella stalla del doccia, una volta fatto. Il portatore di carta da bagno era terribile a usare la carta da bagno per costringermi a rimuovere la carta da bagno e lasciarla sul bacino. Queste questioni sono di natura minore, ma, cumulativamente, hanno fatto che il mio soggiorno fosse inferiore alla media del prezzo che ho pagato. Non era terribile e nessuna parte del mio soggiorno era compromesso, ma ho soggiornato in altri Hampton Inn che erano eccezionali, per questo ho scelto questa per questo importante soggiorno, ho scelto un marito equidistante dal mio ufficio medico. In futuro, se ho bisogno di rimanere a buon fine per il mio medico, darò a Marriot una possibilità, grazie per la sua attenzione a queste questioni e spero che siano affrontate per rendere eccezionale il soggiorno di altri viaggiatori.

La giornata è stata sconvolta, ma mi hanno dato un'ispezione tardiva (2pm) per ospitarla, e le cose accadono, così non potevo davvero incolpare l'hotel.

Ho vissuto in questo hotel diverse volte, mi sento bene.La posizione geografica è eccellente, situato nel centro di Woods, il parcheggio va al parcheggio ad alto livello al contrario della strada, ma c'è un biglietto di parcheggio, infinitamente gratuito.La stanza è lo standard di questo tipo di hotel negli Stati Uniti, non è buona, ma non c'è problema. La colazione è buona, ci sono bar di biscotteria sotto, e il sapore è ancora vivo.

I stayed here for a night while in town on business, and had an overall pleasant stay. This was my second time staying at a Homewood Inn & Suites (albeit a different location), and so far my experience with this chain has been very positive. Like the name states, the room is more like a suite: I had a living room, a kitchenette, and a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. I could sometimes smell cooking from the other rooms; the guests who stay here sometimes stay for a few nights (which is fine!). There was ample free parking.

Questo hotel è molto pulito e il personale è molto cortese. Ha un'ottima posizione vicino a molti centri commerciali e buoni ristoranti.
