We closed on our condo & adopted a new pup on Coach Cadillac Williams 1st day! Naturally, our pup is named Cadillac “Caddy” and our place celebrates that AU spirit! “Caddy’s Shack” is our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home that is walkable to Toomers Corner, great restaurants, and our AU campus just 3 blocks away! NINE beds are provided for friends and family- 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin pop up, & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 2 full baths are upstairs and a half bath and laundry room are downstairs. EVERYTHING will be RENOVATED by the 1st game on Sept 2. All new furniture, flooring, and paint will be in place for you to enjoy. Parking is a breeze with a GARAGE and private driveway! “Caddy’s Shack” of course allows dogs to visit and has a huge fenced backyard with a party deck & grill. Linens, towels, basic soaps and shampoo are provided, along with WiFi and a large screen smart tv.Every room has a ceiling fan and all floors are LVP.
