The hotel was dirty, one elevator was especially filthy, and rooms are apparently only cleaned/serviced once every 7 days. The staff seemed generally unhappy and not at all concerned with the customer. We found a lot of unclean areas in our room, including the kitchen and the living room.

We were in town for a local concert at the Meadow Brook Pavilion, which was less that 10 minutes away. I read and reread reviews before deciding on this spot. We had a one bedroom suite on the first floor. We loved it! The room was really nice and very clean. We loved the first floor which made it convenient for coming and going. There was an ice maker in the refrigerator which was really nice. Our only issue was how to turn the lights on. As I was about to head to the front desk and ask, I spotted a spot by the door that instructed us to insert a key to get "power". We did that and we had lights!!! The woman staffing the breakfast bar was super friendly. There were plenty of offerings and the area was very clean! There were plenty of tables to sit at although we took it back to our room. We agree, should we be in the area again, that we'd stay here. I realize it can be a bit pricier than some other hotels but you get what you pay for!

The staff was above excellent they were on everything the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and I got a pleasure to meet the GM of Staybridge and she is a wonderful person.

I had a nice clean room, laundry washer and dryer were no charge breakfast was good, social hour was nice and saved me from having to eat out for dinner.I was mostly impressed by the friendly staff treated me like family

We had a wonderful stay at this hote. We were in the area for a concert at Pine Knob. The room was very comfortable, quiet, spacious & clean. The sevice was prompt & friendly. We loved the water pressure in the shower & it was great to have full-size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash already in the shower. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I travel alot for business and this place has become a sanctuary while away from home. The staff is top notch. Diane in the dining room prepares the best dinners and breakfasts that are beyond the usual complimentary hotel food. At the front desk you will always find the help you need from john, megan and amy! The rooms are close to a studio apt and have full size refrigerators and dishwashers and everything you need while away from home. Free laundry machines and the fitness area are also a plus!

Excellent service from the time you walk in till the time you check out! The staff is very personable and treat you like family. They serve you a nice home made dinner Monday through Wednesday. They really go the extra mile to make your stay the best way possible

Located northwest of the I75 / MI59 interchange, fairly easy to access. Easy checkin; comfortable room. Fire alarm at night disrupted sleep. No one evacuated and no explanation given. Located in what seemed to be office park, with only few fast food places nearby. $165 for one night!
