Hotel in zona Église Notre-Dame des Vertus, Aubervilliers

L'hotel offre una buona colazione, è vicino alla metro, la posizione non è male, la pulizia è buona, è un hotel confortevole.

Hotel molto carino e nuovissimo a cavallo della zona 1/2 di Parigi. Comodissima la metro n12 direttamente sotto l'hotel per arrivare in centro in circa 20 minuti. Nelle vicinanze una buonissima boulangerie per fare colazione. Possibilità di deposito bagagli, staff molto gentile. La stanza è piccolina così come il bagno ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Unica nota negativa è la pulizia in camera è il cambio di asciugamani: ne è previsto uno solo gratis a soggiorno ma quando ho fatto la richiesta mi è stato detto che l'avrebbero fatta l'indomani ed invece in 5 GG di soggiorno questo non è mai avvenuto. La carta igienica e il phon vanno chiesti in reception quando basterebbe farli trovare in abbondanza in camera a seconda della lunghezza del soggiorno.

Personalmente l'hotel a me è piaciuto molto. Letti comodissimi, silenzioso, pulito, bella biancheria e in bagno i dispenser dei prodotti Nuxe (reve de miel, che io adoro). Ho chiesto se potessero darci una camera ai piani e mi hanno accontentato posizionandoci al 7 (penultimo) piano. Hotel realizzato da un designer e si vede, tutto a tema musica e giochi, insomma figo e fuori dalle righe. Per quanto riguarda la zona che è il punto dolente di molte recensioni, devo ammettere che inizialmente ero molto sospettosa, ho vissuto l'intorno con un po' di ansia condizionata da quel che avevo letto ma in realtà noi non abbiamo mai avuto o percepito situazioni di pericolo, neanche la notte. Si, abbiamo visto purtroppo diverse persone visibilmente dallo sguardo perso (tossicodipendenti, mi ero informata sul fatto che la Municipalità avesse purtroppo spostato da questo lato il campo senzatetto e tossicodipendenti) ma sinceramente nessuno ci ha mai disturbato e non abbiamo sentito pericolo. Abbiamo preso la Metro 7 sia dalla fermata a 10 metri dall'hotel (Porte de la Vilette) che quella prima, veramente comodissima anche quella, preso anche il tram di superficie T3 e gli autobus che passano in zona, rientrando alle 1 e le 2 del mattino senza problemi. Abbiamo preso questo hotel anche per poter andare ad un concerto nello Stadio Saint Denis a piedi e la scelta è stata azzeccata, per buona parte un piacevole percorso lungo canale. Noi alla fine rientravamo in hotel solo per dormire, lo abbiamo preso ad un prezzo veramente ottimo considerando la qualità dell'hotel. Un consiglio, dedicate del tempo al Parc de la Villette andando poi verso Bassin de la Villette e Cn. St. Martin, ne vale veramente la pena.

Avoid this place. The entrance is like a prison. With security gates. If you’re a smoker, you have to keep moving out the way of other guests coming and going, because the walkway is so narrow. And the outdoor ashtray was always full. The area is awful. Which is probably why they have to buzz you in at night. The housekeeping is poor. I found hairs all over the bathroom, dust in the extractor and all over the room. Burns in the carpet. The mattress protector was 6 inches down from the top of the bed. No safe, refrigerator or kettle in the room. Bedroom door difficult to shut properly. Breakfast wasn’t great. First day, the only cooked food was some very unappealing sausages and boiled eggs. Doesn’t deserve its 3 stars and not worth more than £50 per night. I paid more than twice that. There isn’t even anywhere sensible for a taxi to drop you off or pick you up. Pay no attention to the happy looking pictures. This place is a miserable dump.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Inn. Very new hotel, incredibly clean and very closely located to a metro station. The hotel was very spacious for a hotel in Paris, bed was comforable and shower was incredible. I highly recommend a stay at the Hilton inn. I would mention that it is on the outskirts of Paris but the close metro links mean you can be in the heart of Paris within 20 mins. Breakfast is good too. Only thing I would say is the bedding/towels gets changed every 3 days unless you specifically ask. But for the price, I think it's the best you can get in Paris.
