Hotel in zona Peretaska, Atyrau

Hotel conveniente. Situazione conveniente, camere pulite e confortevoli, buon colazione. Grazie speciali ai bambini con il ripensamento per la fiducia - non ha messo in strada quando c'erano problemi con il salario di residenza, e il manager di Ekaterina per aver aiutato a risolvere questo problema. Le informazioni della Federazione russa provengono da una lunga esperienza - nessuna carta russa (e anche il mondo) in Atyrau funziona da nessuna parte e non sono accettate (qualunque cosa dicono su TV e su Internet). Desidero l'amministrazione dell'hotel - impostare un numero di contatto per la comunicazione su whatsup, viber, telegramma. Non tutti i visitatori di altri paesi a Atyrau hanno l'opportunità di contattare un hotel con telefono cellulare o urbano, ma di contattare Internet anche su Wi-Fi all'aeroporto. Mi è stato ordinato un trasferimento dall'aeroporto all'hotel e il numero MTS russo è indicato per la comunicazione. Ma nel Kazakistan MTS non funziona e quindi non si collega nemmeno alla rete Wi-Fi gratuita all'aeroporto (necessita di registrazione SMS). Di conseguenza, il conducente (se fosse) non poteva chiamarmi, ma scrivere un segno con il nome e il cognome (che erano indicati nell'applicazione) apparentemente non ha indovinato ... e non potevo contattare l'hotel, anche con connessione al wi-fi da un'altra stanza. Se l'hotel avesse una stanza attaccata a whatsup, vibrazione, telegramma, questo problema sarebbe stato facilmente risolto, quindi ho dovuto andare su una strada tripla con un taxi privato.

Ci siamo viaggiati e ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel. Tutto bene, c'è tutto tranne :fena!!! E il numero del giorno è stato :51.000. Grazie per aver permesso di lasciare 2 ore dopo. Vicino all'hotel è conveniente, c'è un tz, re del hamburger, parcheggio per bambini.

While in Atyrau for extended stay, the Renaissance was the perfect place to stay. The staff was so kind and helpful and really made all the difference. The breakfast each morning was lovely and enjoyed the dinner and bar area as well. Thank you to all the staff for all your did to make my staff so lovely.

I had a 2 night stay at Somerset City Center Atyrau (21-23 June, 2023). Arrived at midnight and had a quick check in at the front desk, front desk team was very welcoming and extremely polite. The room was perfectly clean and prepared, it was so relevant, especially after a tiring trip. Welcome set up cheered up my ”do to bed” mood and made me stay up until 02:00 night, as I enjoyed the view from the terrace, which opened a picturesque view of the City. The king size bed was so cozy and comfy, I had a great sleep. In the morning, the breakfast was served in all day dining restaurant and with an excellent service, I was offered a coffee (cappuccino) for a little extra and I accepted it with pleasure. A wide variety of vegetables and fruits and of course hot dishes including omelette, fried and boiled eggs, boiled and fried sausages, garnish, fried fish and cold cuts. Can not list them all, as I only had an omelette with vegetables. By the way, I was greeted by Mr. Zakaria Tamni, a Hotel General Manager during the breakfast and he was checking to make sure that my stay was ok and if there were anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable. It was indeed unexpected and I was taken aback with this five-star attitude. Had a number of business meetings during the day at the Bar and it was indeed a good spot for private and business meetings. During my meetings, I needed a Business Center service, namely, to print out a number of pages for my presentation and had a quick and professional service from Ruslan, who is, I believe, in charge for Front of the House Services. He is a polite, helpful lad, with a professional attitude. For lunch I ordered a Room Service and had a beef medallion, fresh salad and diet coke, it was served quick and the only thing worth mentioning, the room service attendant forgot my diet coke and it was delivered later, but the rest was perfect. The quality of food was great (check out the pics). Bathrooms, toilets and other bathroom amenities were of high quality, hygiene was perfect, air conditioning other in room facilities were up to my expectation. After my last meeting in town, I was in a great hurry to hotel to collect my belongings as I was late for my flight. I asked Front Desk attendants to organize a drop off service to the airport and needed a hand to collect my luggage from my room. To my surprise, Andrey and Maga, hotel operation Managers came to my room to give a hand with my luggage. I had a feeling of care, security, safety and comfort, shortly I felt home away from home. Overall, it was a great stay, a Big thank you to all Hotel Team, highly recommended Hotel, as it is value for money with five-star service.

Grande hotel, buon colazione, camera pulita. Non 5 stelle, ma decente.

Molto popolare con i viaggiatori di business nel settore energetico questo hotel si trova proprio sul fiume. Ci sono diversi ristoranti a passeggiata vicina. La cosa migliore su questa proprietà è stato che mi hanno gentilmente aggiornato in un grande appartamento. La seconda cosa migliore è che il processo è estremamente ragionevole se si è su un tasso aziendale. Per quanto riguarda le opportunità di miglioramento, è strano che ti danno solo un asciugamano per il bagno. Ho chiamato la reception per chiedere una seconda e mi è stato detto che non è possibile. Quindi ho aspettato fino a dopo e ho parlato alla reception una seconda volta, spiegando una necessaria 2 asciugamani - era chiaro ancora una volta che non era qualcosa che fanno. Questo in sé merita un 3* recensione. Hanno fornito solo tre cucchiaini a piattaforma e ho ricevuto solo la quarta cucchiaina inviata su richiesta 2. L'altra annoia è il riscaldamento interno. Quando sono arrivato il tempo della mia stanza era 27C. Solo dopo aver chiuso il riscaldamento e aperto le finestre (-10C fuori) potevo abbassare il tempo a un livello dove era comodo dormire. Forse è un problema culturale, ma il riscaldamento è troppo alto. L'altra area per il miglioramento è nel servizio alimentare. Se ordinate un pasto non presumete che tutti i prodotti arriveranno allo stesso tempo, come si aspetta.Solo uno dei due ascensori funzionava causando ritardi durante i periodi di autobus6. Mi piaceva un buon minibar nella zona di accoglienza e un bel bagno con un servizio di massaggio molto economico.
