Anna's Residence, Comfortable Vacation in Rethimno!

Anna’s Residence is a new build villa, designed to welcome guests who want comfort, and easy access to shops and restaurants in a popular area of Rethymnon, Atsipopoulo. Τhis beautiful two-story residence, with a modern atmosphere, has two comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open layout on the ground floor. Its biggest advantage though is the direct access through the large glass doors to the outdoor swimming pool and the outdoor space.  Indoors:  Entering Anna's Residence, one can feel the calmness and the freshness of a brand, new property.  In an open-plan layout, the very well-equipped kitchen, the cozy large blue sofa opposite the hi-end flat TV screen and the dining area, and the clear blue swimming pool is the first picture that captures the eye.  Going to the upper floor, there are two wonderful bedrooms: the one on the right-hand side has two single beds, a large closet, direct access to the balcony, and a flat smart TV. Between the two bedrooms, there is a big bathroom with a spacious shower with an elegant hand-held shower. The washing machine and the first aid kit are also located in this bathroom.  The second bedroom with the comfortable queen size and the en-suite bathroom follows. This bedroom is large enough to have an extra sofa which can be turned into a single bed, its own large closet and a flat TV screen. Furthermore, it has a desk with an elegant chair for those who absolutely need to combine work with their vacation. Both bedrooms have their own A/Cs and blackout curtains that will secure a wonderful, deep sleep.  Outdoors: The outdoor swimming pool is there to offer moments of coolness and relaxation under the hot, Cretan sun, in privacy. Six comfortable sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas are there to create endless memories of joy and happy moments.
