Hotel in zona Observation Wheel, Atlantic City

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni 4 notti in questo hotel Camera vista mare nuovamente rinnovata, al 40° piano È stato fantastico. Tutti è moderno. Molto ben isolato per il rumore. TRÈ pulito. Piscina chiusa, rinnovazione. Solo 3 ristoranti, molto costoso $ Molto ben situato sul Boardwalk. Hotel ideale per le coppie. Per il ******, molto poche macchine a differenza degli hotel vicini. Solo hic a questo hotel è:Nessun sorriso dei dipendenti! Una piccola sensazione di ... di disturbarli, tranne i portatori e le donne di camera.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno. In generale, buona esperienza e lo consiglierei. Esso è un vecchio hotel ma non avrai problemi. L'hotel è situato vicino alle superfici e ristoranti.

This was so much better than the other hotel that we went to. The front desk even noticed that it was my birthday when we went there and we asked for pool availability and turns out it’s not gonna be available until 10:30am on the next day, which, we’re gonna be checking out already by 11am. Since the front desk is empathetic enough to offer us a checkout at 12nn, we were able to have a 30min dip in the pool which is so refreshing and we were so grateful even for just a simple gesture.

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

Dall'inizio non era la stanza dell'hotel quella che abbiamo prenotato. Certo, ero sicuro che fosse lo stesso prezzo, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che un ”Re” è diverso da ”Premium King”. Anche l'internet era terribile. Sono ammesso 2 dispositivi e la mia cellula non si collega mai. Ho finito per pagare $9.99/daily solo per collegare al wi-go e essere in grado di usare il mio telefono nella stanza! Conservazione della casa NUMERO è venuto nella nostra stanza! Dovevamo chiedere asciugamani e solo abbiamo 2. Se sei qui per 5 notti di custodia, devi venire! Non so se tornerà mai a Atlantic City dopo questo viaggio! Harrahs ha davvero gettato la palla su questo per essere una catena così grande!

La prima persona che incontriamo è il valletto Ken. Era amichevole, utile, divertente, gentile, efficiente, e così piacevole. Pensavo, wow, se questo fosse un segno di ciò che sarà il resto del nostro soggiorno - siamo fortunati! Certo, Kevin ci ha controllati e ci ha assicurato di sapere dove si trovava tutto - la piscina, i piatti, la sala da gioco, il ristorante e tutte le altre strutture ..... Questo hotel è storico e hanno fatto tutto per mantenere il suo originale. grandezza! La nostra camera era pulita, le letti erano super comodi, la temperatura era perfetta, il bagno era in ordine di lavoro perfetto e il fascino storico delle camere e dell'hotel era sorprendente. Tuttavia, la corona di questo hotel è il brunch di domenica. Anche se è costoso, valeva bene ogni dime! Sono un ospite di manutenzione elevata, e tutte le aspettative con questo brunch sono state superate. Il buffet è composto da una varietà di piatti caldi e freddi, tra cui i gusci di crab perfezionati (la parte buona), i gamberetti di cocktail (spazzati e condizionati con la condizionamento di Ole Bay), la riga prima, il lobo di maiale, le uova scramblete, la stazione omeletta, e desserti per morire! La varietà era fantastica e il cibo spettacolare! Non abbiamo fatto il golf ma c'è un campo da golf. La posizione è vicino alle città costiere di Jersey, e Atlantic City è stato un getto di pietra. Non riesco a capire come nessuno si diverterebbe da questo hotel! La mia unica denuncia è che non potevo rimanere più a causa del lavoro.
