Cute vacation cottage, central heat/ air-conditioning, sleeps eight, kitchen/living area, two private bedrooms and one 'sleep porch', one bath. There is a hot/cold shower on the back porch also. Great back yard area for gathering. Three blocks (0.15 of a mile) from the beach with public access walkway to the beach directly beside the house. Four night minimum in summer months. Check in at 4 pm on your arrival date. Check out at 11 am on your departure date. There is a 50% deposit at time of reservation and remainder is due two weeks before check-in.
