Hotel in zona Macy＇s (Lenox Square Mall), Atlanta

In general good location, nevertheless, $25 dollars daily for parking, the breakfast, regular, the first day no orange juice and I thought probably next day will be available, but no, the juice machine shows (3) out of (4) ”out”, I asked, for cheese, not available either, because they have a lot of clients and the budget for breakfast was gone!!! I do'nt think to stay at that hotel never again.

Uso questo come uno dei miei principali residenze a casa quando viaggi per affari in ATL. E 'pulito, il personale è sorprendente, professionale, amichevole e utile. Questa settimana era molto occupata, molto più che mai, ma il personale che si salutava al divano ogni giorno era piacevole e accogliente. Il livello sonoro, anche se al suolo era alto, era muffolato dal momento che sono entrato nella mia stanza, così ho potuto lavorare, dormire e godere del mio soggiorno per la settimana. Una sera ho avuto servizio in camera, il servizio e il cibo erano buoni. Sarebbe bello se ci fossero altri posti dove mangiare a piedi, ma ci sono molte opzioni solo poche miglia a piedi della strada, non così male.

La stanza è molto comoda, mi ha cambiato al settimo piano, membro dell'elite La colazione è buona, puoi ordinare da solo, e le frutta sono ricche L'unica carenza nella Cina è che il WiFi deve essere riconnesso ogni giorno. Se questo consiglio può essere stabile per tutto il tempo di soggiorno Tutto il resto è buono

We were supposed to stay for a week, but checked out after the first night. Upon arrival at 5p (check in starts at 4p), we found a lobby full of waiting guests and were told that rooms were not ready yet. 2 hours later, we were finally checked in - at 7pm! The lobby still had at least 4 more families still waiting. The staff offered a measly ”sorry for the wait” but that was about it. No one was offered water or anything to drink, nothing to eat, etc while we waited for hours. In fact, one of the staff began complaining to her co-worker that she was going to quit the evening shift because she's tired of the guests being impatient and not understanding. Like WE were the problem. Hilton members who had used the app to check in were no exception. Still had to wait like everyone else. And nothing offered as compensation. When we finally did get to our room, it was pretty bad. The hotel is old and outdated, with stained carpet throughout the hallways, chipped furniture, dirty A/C units and gross bathrooms. Our room had a very strong, pungent smell of pinesol, lysol, and mold/mildew. It was so strong that both of us in the room got headaches after about an hour. Mine turned into a migraine. By morning, I was also stuffy and congested, mist likely from the mold they are obviously trying to mask with this disinfectant smell. Because we got into our room so late and many hotels in the area were unavailable, we stayed this first night but I had already booked another hotel for the rest of the week and we left by 7am. I went to the front desk to check out but no one was there & we had somewhere to be in the morning so I couldn't wait around. I decided I'd check out on the app and we left. The app wouldn't allow the check out since we were leaving 6 days early, so I tried calling the front desk. It went to voicemail so I left a message with my name, room number and the reasons we were checking out. I called 2 additional times that morning, both went to voicemail. After not hearing from anyone, I began dealing with Hilton customer service. It took Hilton 2 additional DAYS to reach someone and after leaving on Sunday, I finally received a receipt on Tuesday evening showing I had checked out 2 days prior. Still never heard from a live person from the hotel. This was an awful experience. We were there for 12 hours and were miserable every second of it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

La nostra prima camera aveva un bagno sporco, quindi ho detto e hanno aggiornato la nostra camera. Quando siamo partiti il giorno successivo una governante ha detto che hanno trovato una pipa nella stanza e hanno addebitato sulla mia carta un extra di $ 300! Non ho nessun tipo di tubo in camera o con me periodo per questo motivo dico cattivo servizio!

The from desk people were great! However, I left the do not disturb hanger on my door before I went out and when I came back it was inside my room. I didn’t want housekeeping to come. As a solo woman traveler, had I been in the room that would’ve been an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation. The photos were taken prior to checking out (I always try to clear the trash and consolidate the dirty towels to make clean up easier).

La stanza era comoda ma super rumorevole: si trova di fronte a uno dei principali “interstati?” o all’isolamento di Atlanta e rumore è molto povero. Si aspetta un migliore hotel. La posizione è grande... la qualità dell'edilizia dovrebbe essere migliore.

La suite, la porta chiusa, la camera da letto è molto tranquilla.Il colazione è buona, c'è salata di verdura, anche se semplice, ma basta.Il parcheggio è l'hotel, molto sicuro.Si dice che altri hotel siano parcheggio pubblico, e i veicoli sono stati sgombrati.

Queste camere ordinate da Trip.com devono evitare il terzo piano, entrare in una partita chiamata fumo. Gli immediati richiedono un cambio di stanza. La reception ha detto che molti in questo piano sono 😅. L'hotel ha un piccolo treno vicino all'aeroporto, più bagagli o pioggia fino al giorno piovoso, non è molto conveniente.
