Hotel KIMPTON a Atlanta

È stata una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno a Kimpton the Shane. La custodia a casa è stata fatta ogni giorno. Belle toilette sono state fornite, sostituite come richiesto/requisito. Siamo stati li' per visitare la città, ma potrebbe anche essere un bel posto per soggiornare, poiché hanno molte opzioni di servizio in camera insieme a un bar e ristorante attaccato!

L'hotel è nuovo, la camera è comoda e semplice, c'è un furgone da bagno, e'anche molto conveniente andare all'aeroporto. E'ancora buono superare il centro di viaggio, e l'atteggiamento della ricetta è anche migliore

My husband and I came to Atlanta for the very 1st time for a family member’s wedding. The wedding party suggested The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Buckhead as one of the hotels that’s close in proximity to where the wedding was held. Upon arrival, the valet were great with assisting us with our luggage and also very nice. We had arrived quite early so we weren’t sure if we could check into the hotel yet. Michael at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and southern hospitality and he allowed us to check into our hotel room early. Usually when we check into hotels, it’s typically just that and we are assigned to our room, but it was a very welcoming experience. Once we got into the room, we noticed we only had 1 set of towels, and the bed looked as if someone had set on it. No big deal. My husband called the front desk to get more towels and another comforter for our bed. It took a while at first but the girl at the front desk (I think her name’s Ve) made sure it was delivered expeditiously. What was so great about that situation was that Michael knocked on our door to make sure our room was to our liking and extended his services for if we needed anything else during our stay. The room is very modern and clean, there’s construction across the street but not too noisy and the housekeepers were nice also. There’s a restaurant next to the lobby (Betty’s) that has a very chic aesthetic and so is the roof top bar, which has a great view of the city. We plan to visit Atlanta again and we will certainly stay at this hotel. Although, our request for certain items took a minute but the service provided, the cleanliness of the hotel and the bar is why we give this hotel 5 stars.
