Atlanta: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Non mi è piaciuto questo vecchio hotel, così come peraltro non mi è piaciuta questa città così diversa dalle nostre o anche solo da New York. Ma qui si tratta di America e le città sono così! Stanza ampia e anche luminosa ma bagno vecchio e con notevoli segni di usura. La porta della stanza è sottilissima e si sentono benissimo i rumori nel corridoio. No

Le strutture erano così belle e tedesche e l'atmosfera era buona.È sorprendente andare a una collezione di lusso a questo prezzo!!

Rispetto al paese, le strutture sono più vecchie, forse per il motivo di un tempo troppo lungo per costruire l'hotel.Ma il panorama fuori dalla finestra è buono e può sentire la bellezza della città forestale di Atlanta. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto diverso dalla fortuna, ma in generale è molto attento, vicino al negozio di Lenox, molto conveniente.

Most unpleasant/traumatic experience i've had travelling for business in 12+ years. 1/ Got a lot of cash stolen from the locked suitcase with a combination lock. Head of Security's investigation did not show any evidence of theft, while they confirmed the only visitor to the room during that time was a housekeepr. 2/ Witnessed a very disturbing scene outside of the hotel, with authority cars dealing with one guest's anti-social behaviour outside the hotel, who looked like they'd abused some prohibited substance 3/ Got double-charged for breakfast which was already included in the room rate 4/ Fire alarm went off on one of the floors with guests being concerned about being evacuated 5/ Shower gel bottle did not work and was not replaced until i had to ask. Iron did not work, so had to ask for it to be replaced too. And this is all in 4 days. No apologies or compensation were given.

I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

I have been traveling to Atlanta weekly for work over the past several months. Initially, I tried several luxury hotels until the Waldorf in Buckhead was recommended— now I won’t stay anywhere else! The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are very comfortable. However, I must say that the staff makes my stay each week. The customer service and care are unmatched. Jermaine and the valet team are always there to welcome me with a genuine smile, and the front desk staff continues with the same impeccable service. This hospitality and attentiveness always continues throughout my stay. A sincere thank you to all the wonderful staff!! If you’re heading to Atlanta, stay at the Waldorf!

I’m still here. But everyone has been so great so I am writing the review. Andrew the operations manager was fantastic and treated us extra special. The entire staff was great. Valet helped me navigate around the hotel. Very nice young lady at check in offered us champagne! (Young African American lady with braids, pretty, sorry I don’t know her name). Even the cleaning lady is awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful and located in Buckhead and close to everything. I am able to walk around and leave the car parked. Just an overall great experience. Beautiful place. But want to thank Andrew personall/publicly.

Hotel situato nella zona Buckhead di Atlanta. Struttura completamente ristrutturata ed elegante. Staff competente e professionale. La lounge è molto confortevole e gestita in maniera impeccabile. Hasna, staff della lounge, e' molto cordiale e professionale, sempre disponibile e attenta nella cura del servizio. Questo hotel e' consigliato ai viaggiatori di lavoro che desiderano un'atmosfera elegante e impeccabile.
