Excellent location for taking in a show at the Fox and surrounding playhouses in the city. Superb staff!

Great location and excellent food. Most rooms have good views. Marta Station is within short walking distance. Taking Marta is $2.5/trip and can take you to ATL airport and other attractions.

The Junior Suite (815) was comfortable but no free water bottles; no pen to write messages; remote in bedroom did not work; mold in refrigerator under top tray. Otherwise, very good

We enjoyed our first stay at Hyatt Centric-Midtown and will likely return. Every staff member from the front desk (Kaya) to valet (Rabbit & Zeb) that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. When we needed to request additional linens, we received them in a matter of minutes. Every time we requested valet, our car was ready in record time. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and allowed for a good nights sleep. My only con(s) were: •poor lighting in the room •water build-up, mold on shower head •2 bottled waters in room were not complimentary You do hear some traffic from the room but it’s to be expected from staying in any city hotel. Our cons/dislikes are not enough to keep us away from a future stay as they were all minor and easily fixable. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

We loved the staff especially Jordan, John, and Jamin. We loved the area down by the pool where the adults could play cards while the kids swam.

Valet/check in area crowds easily. Only one person on valet and if you have to wait, yohrr stuck, with a line behind you. Booked the junior suite and there was no door to separate the room from the living area. Also, couch did not fold out ... very inconvenient. One last thing... i paid $300 for one night in a junior suite and it had no view, just a street, with a building blocking the view. Not worth the money. It was giving ... Sonesta 😒.

The property is beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to access. The rooms were comfortable. This will definitely be my go to place when I return.

$4 dollar bottles of water marked COMPLIMENTARY in big type but actually only for “Elite” members was a disgraceful ripoff targeted at older people who need glasses. Will not stay here again. Also wall heater was noisy and blows directly on bed; very uncomfortable.

We had an amazing experience. While the property is on the older side, it has been updated and pretty well maintained. The wear shows mostly in the bathroom. It was obvious that there was water damage from the room above at some point. The valet and bartender were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. A special shout out to Joseph at the front desk for being so welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable! We will not hesitate to return!
